We haven't moved in yet but the assistant manager Cassie has been absolutely fantastic! She got our application through quickly and has just been such a sweet person to work with! Cassie gave my boys little toys to play with and coloring stuff to color pictures that she put on her wall. The Manager Amanda has also been great! She was so sweet to my boys, got them snacks and interacted with them. This whole process has been made so easy and not stressful at all. Thank you! We can't wait to move in!

I moved in these apartments in October and viewed my apartment the day I was moving in. The place was awesome. Then later in the evening when moving stuff in I am doing my checklist and notice that the inside of the stove was disgusting. I take pictures to show the office when I turn in my checklist the next morning. I go to the office and speak with Cassie (Asst Mgr) and show her pics of the stove and she was very apologetic and said she will speak with manager and get back with me. Not long after my doorbell rings and it is Cassie with her gloves and cleaning supplies to clean my oven HERSELF. I told her she did NOT have to do that and she said "what kind of a manager would I be If I didn't? " So I abliged and she cleaned my oven! That in itself speaks amazingly high of the Apartments and it's staff. THANK YOU CASSIE!

Sadly would not recommend. I was so excited to move here, but quickly realized I made a mistake. However, I simply couldn’t afford to break the lease. Management does NOT communicate. In the singular year I lived there, I experienced nothing but a broken AC and heater (STILL BROKEN) broken water heater (for the first full month of our lease) bug infestations…. For almost the entirety of the lease our apartment smelled like a landfill. This was due to the apartment below us being abandoned. Management attempted to have several companies come and clean it out. All inspected and declined stating “environmental hazard. ” This was also due to deceased animals being left in the aforementioned apartment. This resulted in an infestation of roaches, scorpions, and flies. Maintenance would “spray” and we were always told “they’re working on it. ” Cassy is super sweet and seems like she genuinely cares. However she is the only one. It was better than being homeless…. But we are eager to leave.

I’ve lived here for only a year and honestly I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The only reason I’d give it 3 stars is because ultimately it’s a place to live and it beats the shelter. However, thought-out the year it is an endless battle with things breaking and maintenance just putting a bandaid on everything. Our first month, our water heater was broken and it proceeded to take a month to eventually just replace pieces. We were stuck with cold showers and boiling water in the mean time. Our AC has gone out TWICE and has reach upwards of 83 degrees inside in the midst of summer months. They quickly glanced at it and left. During the winter the Heater went out and would drop to 58 inside. The maintenance man they sent out took the cover off the heater and then left. He came back with a space heater and said he didn’t know what else he wanted us to do. (Fair warning space heaters jack up your electricity bill and they’ll feel it’s not there problem for causing such!) Aside from things breaking constantly ultimately it does beat being at the shelter. But at least they pretended to care about issues.

The ladies in the office, Amanda and Cassy have been by far the best management team this property has seen. But I am mostly impressed with the new maintenance they hired Cody, he is respectful, fast, and efficient. The entire time I have been here, no one has cared like this crew. I am so thankful.
