Anthem Pest Control, Houston TX

Never had service with anthem ONLY CALLED ONCE to get quotes but they are definitely sending me bills for $107.17 got me messed up

Do not sign up with this company. After assuring us they’d be able to provide services to wherever we moved, we reluctantly agreed to a one year contract. We then moved into an apartment, asked them to come spray, and they said they do not service residential properties. If a company cannot provide the services they offered then they should cover the termination fee, however, they want us to pay a $200 cancellation fee for services we want. They’ve continued to spray (and charge us) a property that we have not lived in for 4 months after we’ve repeatedly told them that we do not live there. We’d pay the termination fee if we did not want their services or if they mentioned they could not service residential properties initially. It is ludicrous to expect someone to pay a cancellation fee if you are not fulfilling the agreement terms.

After having been with them for a year they are below avg and their product is not effective.
