UPDATE: Charles was great again and I really appreciated how thorough he was surveying our property for issues and treating it! Missed him at the door as I was in a meeting, but I noticed his attention to detail. His commitment to service is rare in this day and age. Hope he will be our technician in the future. They also cut the cords to my internet. Quick up date 12.17.23 these people continue to harass me and my family and have ultimately caused my 4 yr old to become very sick. Normally I wouldn't indulge in this level of non since but you have targeted my family long enough and the amount of harm you have brought to my family is un welcomed and un provoked.we have the right to refuse services' including yours. But your retaliation against us and creating such a problem for so long.: : : : : : . As you have refused to spare my family over a $40 contract. Have the day you deserve.
*9.10.23 Update. Its been almost a year, and i was really afraid ppl would call me crazy but at this point i honestly don't care. I have caught several of them around late nigh5 with containers one dropped them on himself, got em on video. A group of us saw them on bikes with a green wagon. And most recently they, i assume, used a drone because it hit my window. They have caused me a few trips to the ER because they sprayed pheromones through my window and i was inside my room and became unable to breath. These people have attacked my neighborhood for over a year with their lab roaches. I posted this in hopes to help someone else because this is an unprovoked attack on my family as the pest control i use works and has worked for many years. I find it unfair that you create a problem to solve when people tell you no. I will continue to post until you stop attacking my family causing us to be sick.
** A guy came to my door, made an offer I told him no after a series of questioning. I told him I had trouble with ants. Either way I chose not to use the service.
I have been battling roaches suddenly after encountering them.good thing I was raised in the country and I can get rid of them on my own. I just find it odd to suddenly get a pest problem after have a simple conversation. I hope you find better practices to get clients. I also hope to never see this company anywhere near where I live, you have disgusting practices.

We’ve been using Anthem for 3 years now and have been VERY happy with the service we’ve received. The technicians are always professional and kind and it isn’t hard to get a hold of a real person if we need additional treatments scheduled.

Wish I could give it a lower review. I heard they were great. But they didn’t come out and treat my house like we agreed upon. And yet still charged me. Wanted to cancel and still CHARGED me. Customer service is DEAD here. Cause that is Ridiculous! If I already paid and you didn’t do your job why should I have to pay to cancel. It’s a trap! It’s a scam to just charge your card. Go somewhere else. Thank you.

I use them and have for a while. They are very thoughtful and thorough. For a while the workers were overwhelmed and not given enough time to do quality work but for the last 5 months they have been terrific.

I am very unhappy with your service. When I find up, it was supposed to be to kill all the roaches in the house. Now they're telling me they do not kill German roaches. That will be ninety nine dollars a month i'm a senior citizen can't afford that. This is a rip off
