The staff is quite wonderful. The only thing I would vomplain about is wait times. I've come multiple times and even though I'm always early for my appointment and expect to wait. There has never been a time I'm not waiting 20 or 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time. Which I guess is expected for most doctor visits. However, if it's happening this frequently it tells me the office is not efficient with time management. What's the point of me showing up on time if you're not going to respect my time and the things I have to do in my day. Heaven forbid anyone who might come in during lunch breaks or take time from work for their appointment.

DONT GO HERE. Run away! My father was in back pain. He has Sciatic nerve issues. Before he was finished filling out the paperwork for his issues, they took it away. The did not focus on his issues he had and instead gave him a 5 dollar special generic adjustment and not anywhere near his problem areas. Then, he had a “massage”. He told him his legs where in pain. Instead they gave him a 5 dollar special shoulder rub. I called the place to try to understand why they did not focus on the problems that were MEDICALLY referred to by his doctor. I was hung up on by a woman at 443pm on 1/25/23. Believe me it’s not over. If you love your family and friends, go to someone who cares and not someone there to make a buck. Good drs and chiropractors do exist. I would know bc I have one that genuinely cares about my health. See ya later Anthony!

I cannot fully put into words how I can effectively review Anthony Medical and Chiropractic. My adjustment schedule with Dr. Daniel and muscle work with Vanessa has vastly improved my quality of life. I literally feel relief upon leaving after my appointment. The staff in the facility are top notch and my experience has been very positive. Highly recommend!

I sat on this review for three months, just so I would be more level headed about what I write. First, the good. I was greeted as I walked in and the massage was the highlight of the visit. The masseuse was attentive and changed her approach based on how I was feeling and what I needed.

Now to the rest. Due to injuries I sustained in the military, I have been seeing a chiropractor in Virginia for five+ years so I’m not new or naive about the care I need. When the massage was over, the chiropractor was running behind schedule so I was put back in the waiting room, then I was pulled back in for “therapy”, which consisted of a Stem machine and then I was started on a roller table. While on stem, I set next to a woman who had plantar, a technician was running some kind of device over this woman’s foot. The woman asked “how does this device help my foot? ”, the technician responded “I don’t know, this is my second week” The tech asked another tech and their combined answer wasn’t reassuring.

Once stem was over, I was put on a roller table, but that was interrupted by the chiropractor being available. Therapies are important to the treatment of my injury, but here they seem to be something they give you to mask the chiropractor being behind schedule.

On to the adjustment. I didn’t actually get to see a Dr of Chiropractic medicine, I saw a “Physician’s Assistant” or “PA”. I found this odd. She did a reasonably good job on the adjustment but I’ve never seen a PA before. A call to my chiropractor in VA and I was told a PA doing adjustments isn’t legal in VA, not sure in TX. I was told at the appointment that a PA has the ability to bill insurance differently than a Chiropractor.

After the adjustment, I was taken to “the box”. Imagine the finance office at a “buy here pay here “ used car lot. I was politely pressured to buy a package of adjustments. I declined. And was routinely told I had “met my deductible” but was still being charged for the package. Tricare doesn’t cover chiropractic at the time of this visit. I instantly knew I was about to get the full court press when I entered the “box”. Even the PA who walked me over seemed to feel uncomfortable with dropping me off there.

It’s clear that Anthony is one of those practices where they are focused primarily on getting the most out of each person that walks through the door. I don’t know if they are heavily debt leveraged or if they have significant Dr salaries weighing them down, but it’s a high pressure environment.

Lastly, I’ll say that the practice seemed to have 30+ employees running around. I noticed one employee who looked like she didn’t know what she should be doing so she walked back and forth with the same items in her hand several several times. I saw this in the military, guys and girls walking around the squadron with a blue folder in their hand, trying to look busy and official.

I won’t be returning to this practice, I’m interested in managing an injury based on how my body is feeling, not based on some sales goal or quota this business has.

I really like the employees and the efficiency for this first time chiropractic experience. The most outstanding aspect of this experience is definitely the caregivers. Amy Hajek is adept at her craft and goes above and beyond in her care even with the demand the clinic requires. I was disappointed when I inquired if the employees had enjoyed a day off for Christmas and found there had been none. I will continue to highly recommend Anthony Chiropractic, and hope their employees feel the love!

I have been going to Anthony Chiropractic for several months now. It's great to see Dr Daniel for an adjustment then off for a 45 minute massage. Let me tell you. Victoria and Dee are THE BEST! I always request that I get one or other. They ask you what area/areas you are having problems with and by the time you leave you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I honestly can't say enough great things about my trio. Dr Daniel, Victoria, and Dee. Highly recommend. I have yet to have a bad experience here.

Three years ago my wife started going to Anthony Medical towards the end of her pregnancy and continued with it when our sweet daughter was born. We then took our daughter for a newborn adjustment and ended up taking all three of our boys. For years I told myself I would never go. My wife finally convinced me to go and I’ve been going regularly now for an adjustment and corrective therapy. I’m a big believer and absolutely love it! Everyone on staff are amazing and really good at what they do. Thank you Anthony Medical!

It goes without saying that every Anthony Medical and Chiropractic Clinic has exemplary providers and services.
However, getting treatment here from Dr. Hutcherson, Dr. Daniel, Camerin the NP and the CTs- Maria & Yuha in ANY combination.will be perfection every single time. They are a true team and collaborate seamlessly to get you feeling better ASAP.
As far as massages go, you are not going to find a more therapeutic one anywhere, and much less for that price.
They really have pretty much anything you need under one roof. I wasted 6 weeks with my medical doctor sending me for all kinds of labs and tests for something that this team was able to alleviate in literally the first visit of my treatment plan.
Follow up & maintenance is key though! It's easy to forget that after feeling so good with each visit.

Been going about 6 visits and I have had different massage therapist. They all have been good, but today's visit with Isaac was by far the best. After my massage, the chiropractor was actually able to pop that spot in middle of my back. I changed my visits to be scheduled with Isaac. Wonderful experience.

SO BAD, IT'S COMICAL. First of all, I was referred by a co-worker due to my lower back being in pain. My co-worker said that she had a good experience and I NEVER see doctors or do anything like this but I was willing to give it a go. My first visit, the girl at the front desk overcharged me and when I told her I didn't think that was correct amount, she stated "insurance is complicated". After receiving my first adjustment, I spoke with my case manager, Rachel, who was very helpful and noticed the overcharge. She utilized those funds for my future appointments, which was fine. I set up a schedule, paid for all my visits up front, and thought I'd be good to go. They gave me a referral coupon, which I gave to my husband and after his visit his case manager, Lucy, found that I actually owed over $200 to continue with my visits. I am on my husbands BCBS insurance and somewhere along the way, there was misinformation produced. I had already paid $180 out of pocket and was not willing to spend anymore, so I cancelled my appointments going forward. I did schedule an appointment for my free massage for referring my husband. The appointment was scheduled for 2pm and I arrived at 1: 57pm. At 2: 20pm I received a phone call from someone at the front desk asking me where I was at. Once they realized their error, I went back to the room with my massage therapist. She informed me that she could not go over on time so I just said I would reschedule. I rescheduled that appointment and showed up to my next visit. I was informed that they had nothing on the schedule for me for that day, and once again.rescheduled. I was able to get my massage complete on 9/13. It seems as if a lot of the workers there, work for themselves. There is no good flow of communication within the staff. There is no need for anyone at Anthony Chiropractic to reach out to me further regarding this review. From reading other negative reviews, those apology statements are there to look pretty. Dr. Hutch was great and Rachel was very quick to fix any errors I came to head with. The well informed staff that work there are what's keeping this place running. Other than that, I would never refer this place to anyone I know within the community.

Thanks to the staff here I've gone from needing muscle relaxers 2x daily, while being almost immobile, to logging over 6k steps and unloading pallets of pain 2-3x a week.

At the onset my treatment seemed expensive, but if they charged twice their rate it would still be worth it. I am fighting sciatica in my left leg, and making progress where doctors and pain management specialists only had me coping moderately. 20+ years of hard manual labor, driving trucks, and general abuse have taken their toll, but with the therapies, and education, provided by the staff here I'm back in control of my daily activities. Seeing a chiropractor, and corrective therapist, has led to a more well adjusted life.

My experience in the Waco office started out well. Nice facility and NP is nice. However, when I did go I was always asked what kind of treatment I needed as I went to the next room. I feel like as the provider you should explain.ok we will be doing this. This way I dont give the wrong info. I was interested in other services but have not been able to talk to the office manager after calling several times. At this point I just want a refund!

My husband and I love seeing Dr. Dan and Dr. Hutcherson. They explain what they’re doing as they adjust you and we always leave feeling so much better. They also give you tips and tools to use at home to help you in between adjustments.

Although there was some initial concern as to the professionalism of staff, I’ll be remiss without giving a BIG SHOUTOUT to this facility and group of employees I have had the privilege of treating with thus far! I was greeted by a smile, warmth, and genuine humanitarian concern about the incident inflicting the injuries I’m treated for.

Big shout out to ‘Too Cool’ Jaci (is full of life and loves what she does). Can’t forget Chiropractor Dr. Hutch (small but makes big noises). Amy (you’ll find her somewhere being awesome for all patients) and the bestest Nurse Practitioner Cameron (she’s medically knowledgeable and considerate of her patient’s injuries)

Thank each of you for the professionalism, welcoming, and awesome therapeutic environment that is created for patients like myself! When the days are rough, this review serves as a reminder, of why you do what you do.

In 6 weeks I have gone from daily pain to intermittent pain. I am not sure my hip will ever be pain free but this has made a huge difference. Thank you.
