Came in at 6 for pedi and mani.
7 pm still getting pedicure.they said if I didn't get my mani at same time they wouldn't be able to do it anymore. Cause they're trying to pack up and clean to leave on time. How sway? When I'm already here? Everyone doesn't want to be twisted up for the R and R services.

I used to come here all the time. The place is clean and the massages are amazing. However this last time I got shellac it started to crack within a couple of days. I called to cancel my next appointment because of this and they didn’t even offer to fix it. It bothers me because I have been going for a while now, it could have been fixed and I never had that issue there before. I for an apology or offered to get another technician for my next appointment but the issue was not resolved.

Their eyebrow jobs are very good however a new popsicle stick is not used with each dipping in the wax.

Excellent service and environment. I have been coming here for almost 2 years. Everything is always perfect. Amber and Linda are wonderful. Management are responsive and involved in ensuring each client has the best experience.

I made an appointment and due to a staffing issue was not seated for about 45-60 minutes. During my appointment the manager came to me and offered a discounted service due to my unforeseen wait. I really felt like they took care of me and did a great job with my nails! I will go back.

Traveled to this location with a previous mail tech. The atmosphere is inviting and calm. The nail color selection is vast and the customer service is top notch

The location is beautiful and very spacious. The service was subpar, to say the least. I am a short nailed girl who loves a luxurious manicure. I was expecting a real treat and this place LOOKS like it would fit the bill. I was so wrong. My tech performed all the basics such as nail filing, cuticle trim etc.but absolutely nothing luxurious. My massage was maybe 1 min if even per arm.it was really just to rub lotion on them. She painted on 1, yes 1 coat of polish and told me I was finished. I was left stunned. This place is so overpriced and underwhelming.

I got my nails dripped, and my technician was very nice. I also did not have to wait long.

I don’t recommend this place. I went in on a Sunday and spent $122 in services just to have the nail polish chip off and come off the very next day. The nail polish must have been expired or just very cheap. I’ve been to plenty of nail spas and the nail polish does NOT come off the next day. I went in to have my nails repainted and they refused to fix it. The manager stated I would need to pay again. What kind of customer service is this. The manager was very nonchalant. Don’t spend your money here. There are plenty of better nail spa locations in Pearland.

Renee was amazing! She gave great customer service and was so sweet as well. I loved my first time experience here and would return with Renee anytime. Thank you, I love my nails!

Screwed up my nails big time. They fixed yes but took double the time. Also, the serving of alcohol is probably outta control.

I won’t be returning. I got a full set of ombré nails and paid $70 it’s not the price that bothered me because I have paid way more for a full set. I asked the young lady at the front desk the details of pricing for my nails. She told me that were $60 and then the nail tech charged $10 for a take off. I was surprised the nail tech charged for a take off because they were literally press on nails. I can remove those myself they were not professionally done. I can just pop them off myself. The owner over heard our conversation and explained to me “your length and design is $65” “you are being charged $5 for take off” Hearing him talk about the length was surprising because they were not long at all. In fact I told the nail tech cut them as short as you can to where I can still see the coffin shape. Now they are saying two completely different things at this point I just walked away because I am not going back and forth with them, I was ready to leave after getting the full set. I was going to return because I wanted to get a pedicure Sunday. It’s disappointing when nail salons are not transparent with pricing and give you different quotes. I will not return.

Very beautiful and spacious interior. I loved that half of the pedicure massage chairs were set up in groups in their own little nooks, great for groups wanting to sit together and not have to yell down the line and also those not wanting to feel so exposed. We didn’t have an appointment and got immediate service. The color books were extensive and VERY well compared to other places. I think this on account of it being a chain. My friend who lives in Louisville, KY goes to one here and suggested we go here while she was visiting. So it’s nice you can go in different places and know what to expect and gives a sense of quality control. I just received a gel removal and gel manicure. They had me soak my fingertips in acetone and I usually prefer to just have soaked cotton placed on the nail and wrapped to avoid so much acetone contact with my skin but both method work, just a personal preference. The cuticle removal was GREAT, similar to what is done during a Russian manicure which I love. Had massage was also fantastic, a step sometimes skipped if you’re just getting gel/acrylic put on. Staff was very nice and accommodating and a whole menu of complement drinks is available, alcoholic and nonalcoholic. I’d try it again just because the experience was calm compared to other places in the area that are so busy it can get VERY overwhelming.
Most important thing to remember when going to ANY nail salon: DON’T BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR CHANGES AND TELL THEM EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT. I know it can be intimidating but it gets easier the more you go. I’ve go to countless salons in multiple countries and they appreciate you being direct and specific with what you want, WITHOUT being rude. They can’t read your mind but also no need to be disrespectful when you ask, they are doing you the service.

I brought in a picture of how I wanted my nails to look, I already had tips on from beforehand.
The nail tech said they had to be taken off and put new ones. The nails I wanted were short and oval. She put on new tips and I keep telling her I wanted them shorter but she said they had to remain the length she was giving me. I tried several times but insisted that she knew what she was doing and that the nail bed in the picture was longer mine had to be longer.

The refusal to listen was so great I was just speechless, how many times do you ask shorter and get ignored? I feel this tech is sabotaging this organization because it was about her doing what she wanted instead of listening to the customer.
Pure refusal to listen.

I dislike long nails on me because what I’d do doesn’t allow for them. A waste money and time.
I was there a time before and it also was poorly done.

Listening to the client should be rule number one.

Hellen is THE BEST. She stays booked for a reason. Everyone at the salon is nice and professional.
