First let me state that I called, stated my issue and they were at my rental property within 20 minutes! That is awesome! There were two gentlemen, the owner, Anthony King, and his assistant I assume. The assistant was very very kind to my husband and spoke to me. The owner seemed to have an attitude from the start. I didn’t understand why bc he was very kind on the phone. My husband had to leave and informed the owner I would be staying to make sure everything worked for the tenant. In his attitude, he told my husband he could leave and to just pay him, we didn’t need to be there for the work to be completed. My husband stated again that I would be staying. The work was done and I thanked Anthony for taking us at the last minute. I asked if everything was working properly and could he show me that it worked. He stated, with an attitude, “You called me about a valve, I fixed the valve, if you want me to service the system, that’s different. ” I said, “I would like to see if the system is working. If that requires a service then so be it. I just want to see that it works. ” He shows me that the problem was fixed, I gave him the check and as he was getting in his truck I overheard him say, “I hate dealing with people. ”. I couldn’t make out the rest of what he said. All I wanted was the sprinkler problem fixed for my tenant. I had no problem paying whatever the cost was. I appreciated the prompt service but the attitude from the owner was uncalled for. So sad that his great work got overshadowed by poor customer service. Was thinking to hire him to fix some things at my private residence but I will go with another company.

Anthony is very experienced, and it shows. He provided excellent service at a fair price, and was pleasant and informative.

We hired Anthony to move the sprinkler line out from under a new patio that we were building. When he showed up, the construction guys had already put forms and rebar and fill over the sprinkler line. Even though the job was actually more difficult than it appeared to be a few days earlier when he gave us a work estimate, he did not ask for any more money for the job.

Two days after he placed the new line, the construction workers poured the concrete, and somehow the new line was damaged and leaking. Even though it wasn't his fault, Anthony repaired the line, free of charge. He also took his time explaining how to winterize the system, and how long to water each zone, and the location of each zone.

We couldn't be happier with his work, and if we need anyone in the future, we will absolutely hire Anthony again.

I called Anthony's sprinkle repair for a Monday appt because I was getting yardwork done on Tuesday.so I needed the sprinkle done on monday. Well he showed up after 330 and told me that he couldn't dig my yard with a shovel because of rocks and we realized it was a bigger job than expected but he told me that he was going to referred me to someone else who had the equipment and I told him that I will call around because time was running out. Thank God the builder said he know someone. Then Anthony called and told me that if I agreed to his price he can come back Tuesday. I told him the builder had someone. Anthony said I owed him 100. I told him we never talked about cost which was my first question. He then said he brought material. I told him i will buy the material. Then he threatened a lawsuit n a lien on my property. So be careful with this guy. I would have given no star if I could have.

Anthony is very professional, prompt, and very good at communicating when he will arrive and what has to be done. I know he was extremely busy when he first said he couldn’t get to us until the end of the week. I mentioned that I waited at home on 3 different days for another company to show up. He then fit me in for the same day. We are so lucky as the zone that was out is turning brown. He helped us save part of our yard and a couple of trees! Thank you kind sir!

Mr. Anthony made time to come by after hours. He was pleasant, responsive and gave a fair assessment of the work needed on the irrigation system. He seems knowledgeable about sprinkler repair and that’s hard to find around this area.

Anthony was able to fit me into his schedule. He showed up, quickly realized what I gather was an easier job that I expected and gave me a very reasonable price. He was done in less than 45 minutes. He fixed the outflow sprinkler pipe from a solenoid control valve and replaced a different section I had broken while removing a tree. Quick and professional. Thanks, Anthony!
