I was shopping for vehicle Insurance online and got a call from Erika Torres and she took down my information for the quote. She knew I needed a quote ASAP and she went above and beyond for me. She helped me til closing time on a Friday and even said she could stay communicating with me throughout the weekend til I made a decision. That to me is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! My rate went up 60 dollars and that's not fair. I drive safe. Rate should go down not up to or safe drivers.
Extremely satisfied. The attention to my risk management needs has been one I never experienced before. The agent and his staff truly take the time to understand my situation and propose the best possible solution presenting various coverage options and products. They also highlight all the benefits included in each policy, such as roadside assistance and options to save money through Drivewise or direct deposits.
