Dr. Aparasu is a very attentive, courteous and caring doctor and her staff is always professional and polite. If you are looking for a kind and detail doctor a visit to this office will not disappoint!

My review reflects her office staff's ineptitude and lack of professionalism. I "tried" for months to schedule myself, and two family members as first-time patients and had an awful experience making and keeping those appointments.

Unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to meet Dr. Aparasu so to say this 1 star review applies to her care or skill would be unfair. This review is for her entire office staff and I hope she reads this if she is a good doctor.

They would either schedule me on the wrong dates or we would have no appointment made at all when we were supposed to have been scheduled.
After waiting for weeks for our first visit, they cancelled my appointments because the doctor had to be out of the office unexpectedly and her office didn't have the consideration to call me to let me know that those appointmets had been cancelled.
To add insult to injury, they scheduled me for appointments months away. It's unfair since they had made these scheduling mistakes repeatedly. However, they were more interested in knowing "who" in that office had made them. It wasn't my interest nor my problem to see who took the blame in that office, I just wanted to see the doctor. That's is terribly unprofessional.

On top of this scheduling frustration, it is a near impossible mission to speak to anyone there because they DON'T answer their phones on any of the 7 extentions and they DON'T return calls when you leave voicemails.

After this experience, I absolutely do not want to be a patient in this practice. It was maddening to try to call again, but I got through to speak to someone and request to cancel the "soonest available" appointments that I managed to have scheduled for "January 2024". I do not want to be charged for being a no-show patient, so I hope that they did cancel those appointments and not failed to do so as they did before.

If this is how they treat their patients I much rather avoid this medical office nightmare.

Very knowledgeable doctor and great bed side manners and allows the patient to have great input on their medical treatment as long as it want harm the patient base on her medical expertise.

Jessica return calls when I call them. They call with the results of tests when we take them. They make me feel at ease when I am stressed. To me, they are good people that care about their people.

I am a new patient with Dr. Aparasu, the doctor and staff are very professional. Dr. Aparasu did not rush through my visit she also addressed "ALL" of my concerns. The office was clean and not hard to find.
