Any Lab Test Now, Houston TX

I wasn't sure what to expect going in, but I was pleasantly surprised. The process was quick, the facility was nice, and the staff was very friendly. Prices are good too. I'd highly recommend if you need some kind of lab test.

The staff was very friendly, and they were fast at getting the test done. Was in and out in less 15 min.

Ladies were professional and friendly. It was a quick in and out for what I needed to get done.

Excellent experience overall: scheduling was simple and the phlebotomist drawing samples was outstanding. Result were returned quickly and the staff was knowledgeable when discussing results. I highly recommend ALTN and will be using them again.

2/07/2020. Lab apppointment made on Thursday for Friday morning via website and was taken right away no fuss, no muss. I did not have to wait upon arrival. The staff Rosa and (M-) were pleasant and professional. My veins are difficult to access and both techs tried their best but to no avail. They graciously set me up for a retry on the following Monday with a recommendation to drink lots of water if I'm able. Went back Monday am and Rosa got the job done. She tried my inner arms once again with no such luck. I encouraged her to use the vein on my outter (R) hand. She actually listened to me but had some reservation stating "it might hurt there as that area is more sensitive. " Wah-la she hit it on her first try! Now this lab was just taken yesterday and I just got my results this very next day. I was pretty amazed at this speedy service. So, if you need any kind of labs drawn or a urinalysis test done go there. You'll be glad you did. Thanks girls.

Botched the test then wanted to refund 150 out of 450.dont waste your time with the people at the office, let your attorney deal with all thier bs. Would have settled on that unfair amount, the front desk peoples attitude is the reason for my lawsuit. The attitude from the manager makes you smile while you spend 2500 to get back 450 lol.even if I loose I enjoy wasting thier time and retainer fees.

I need lab work done for surgery. I walk in, filled out filled paperwork, gave blood (almost pain free) and walked out. Total time spent was a little over 10 minutes

I love how they were able to help us! They can do urine, hair, nail, blood tests for any purpose. Urine tests was $45 to test and detect about 10-12 things including marijuana, pills, etc. Urine tests took about 10 minutes for the results to show. They said hair tests take about 5-6 business days.

If I️ could rate a zero I️ would. While the techs are nice the manager and owner are not dedicated to customer service. They lost a lab, it came back 11 days late and the results were non-human numbers. I️ rechecked at another lab and asked for a refund and they never got back to me. Stay away from this expensive place. They are a middle man only and do not run their own tests.

Milly in location 2902 North Sheperd Dr #E Houston Tx 77008 was very helpful. She gave me hope in getting a 10th panel drug test for school purposes on a saturday. Which are hard to find and was great news! Im very happy how she was patient and competent individual. Have a great day!

Sorry but I differ with the previous comments, Very bad attention, I have been waiting for my results for 2 weeks and I have been postponed on 2 occasions the date I supposedly raised them in the clinic, is Friday and 5: 18 PM and is Hour that I have not been given.

I was in the client located at 5901 Westheimer and my medical assistant was Moraima Martinez. I was writing you to say you have a great staff. I enjoyed her very much. I was feeling unsure about testing pregnacey blood accurate but she informed me from her own expertiance that it is accurate and I should get it. She answered all my questions and made me feel positive abut coming in so happy and sweet and nice. I would referance her anytime. Keep up the good staff.:)
