The members at the Richardson location were very friendly and helpful, the location was super clean, and the gal who did my blood draw was so professional and walked me through the entire process. Great experience overall, and I was in and out in 10 minutes!
Was able to get lab work and b12 injection done as I had hoped and the young lady who took care of me was a pleasure and very skilled with the blood draw and injection. Definitely an asset to this location.
Alexis and Robin were phenomenal! I had a super difficult and specific lab test that needed to be drawn and shipped via dry ice. They were both quick to assist me, follow the specific instructions, and even email me a follow up. Highly highly recommend!
