Any Lab Test Now, Austin TX

Customer service was stellar. I called twice in one day because I was nervous and kept coming up with new questions. Sabrina happily and promptly answered my questions.
The next day I came to get my blood test and Sabrina was there, she got me in and out so quickly I didn’t even have time to be nervous. I’ll be recommending this location to friends.

Never using this place again. I did a hair strand drug test that came back positive for marijuana. I haven't even been in the same room with someone smoking, vaping or ingesting marijuana in years. Let alone ingested it myself.

I've heard of tests being "false positive" but never thought it could happen to me. I called the place back and they basically said it's impossible for there to be a false positive. Little do they know they screwed up. I would take the test again to prove them wrong but it's hundreds of dollars and not worth it.

They use the lab called "Expertox". STAY AWAY from Expertox. Wherever you go, ask what lab they send your hair sample to and make sure it's not Expertox. They must have a pothead in the lab who somehow contaminated my sample. That is the ONLY possible reason my results came back positive. I have no reason to lie on here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

This is my third time coming here, the first two times I’ve dealt with a really awesome employee, but today I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Cassandra and changed my whole view on this place.

I came in for a blood panel, and Sabrina was my nurse. In addition to an extremely fast and efficient process (everything took only 10 minutes), Sabrina was super friendly AND she made the blood draw quick and painless. I’ve had quite a few experiences where nurses tell me I have small veins and spend what feels like an eternity poking around painfully. Sabrina found my vein instantly, and inserted the needle with no pain at all! Great experience, friendly nurse, and a time saver. Highly recommend!

Sabrina was extremely helpful and polite.
Scheduled two test an hour apart and had both completed in 15 minutes!

Great service. Got here at 530 just before closing and April got me in an out very efficiently.

I just came in, was very nervous about having my blood drawn. I fainted last time I gave blood. The staff was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They answered my silly questions with patient smiles. Much faster, easier, and more convient then other testing labs. Highly recommend!

April did a good draw of blood I didn't feel the needle at all. The place is clean and not packed like CPL. Much better experience than CPL no lines or wait.

4 stats because. The service was fast and efficient. But they never asked our name, looked I'm our eye or told us their name Customer service was lousy but the phlebotomist was great.

Was in and out within 10 minutes the young lady April was very knowledgeable and the phlebotomist Kerion was quick and painless with his blood draw. Great service.

I needed annual lab testing done, any lab test now provided me with a quote over the phone. I walked in and was pleasantly surprised with the easy process. The staff was exceptionally caring. This is so easy. My insurance wanted to charge me $129 and I saved $45 by getting my blood work done here!

This place is great. I am always treated kindly and respectfully. The customer service is out of this world. I go there for lithium levels regularly and love the staff. I had to have a drug test performed for a job opportunity. The clinician on duty was very courteous and professional. It took me longer to remove all of my biking gear than it did to perform the test and be right back out the door. Very good experience, indeed.

I called them and ask them about quote. I send an email with all photos about tests. They never give me an answer after 3 hours. The price for test 299 but in different lab it's 79.
