Clean facility, All the equipment you need, courteous staff, and unlike some of the larger brand gyms you are able to go in and hit whichever muscle group you had planned effectively as the gym typically isn't overflowing with members.

Treadmills rarely work, equipment is in disrepair (components broken or missing, pads deteriorated, etc), air conditioning is not working, even the water fountains don’t work properly.

It’s marginally clean.

When I spoke to the manager about the issues, he made excuses.

Plenty of Anytime Fitness Centers out there. Pick a different one or go to Golds.

This location refused to cancel my membership after several requests and now over a year and half later they are still trying to bill me an collect. I will be reporting to Better Business Bureau as well as making sure all members are aware.

One of my favorite gyms to go. The environment is clean and readily available for gains. The equipment are functional and new looking. Water is filtered and available to members. Also there's wifi

The gym is nice and clean. Do NOT sign up for a contract here! God forbid you move. I'm stuck paying for a gym membership I don't use and moved far away from. This location requires you to get with them IN PERSON to freeze or do anything with your account. Worst experience ever to even try and understand my balance.
I'm all for paying off your contract but Covid times are tough and this location is NOT helpful.

The new gentleman they have cleaning (sorry I can’t remember his name) is so amazing. Everything is clean. It smells fresh. He is very courteous and just doing a fantastic job. Keep it up!

I was deactivated during the Winterstorm 2021.while they had electricity and running water the whole time! So inhumane for a community in need SMH!

The gym is pretty cute and has the basics for your lifting needs, however; this gym is not strict about masks AT ALL. No matter how many signs are put up and how many times we’ve contacted the manager about this problem, people are still able to come in without masks at all! Not even one on them. The people who don’t wear masks are super confident in not wearing one also, taking up the whole back room and weightlifting area which is pathetic and selfish. A young lady even walked right behind me at the front entrance to leave and left not a single foot between her and I. I almost lost it. I am going there to take care of my body, not to be murdered by some incompetent human beings. I know the staff can only do so much since they aren’t there 24/7 but cmon man! I just want to feel safe while working out. Put on your masks bozzos!

This location is very Discourteous and what seemed to be the day time manage is very very rude I wouldn’t recommend this location too anybody!

Great experience! Trainers are awesome. Very knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition program, very patient in explaining various concepts and movements. Always my work out gym!

DO NOT TRUST this club with your bank account information. Expect to get the run around and pay out lots more money when you try to end your membership. This club is under new ownership, so make sure you take a look at the RECENT reviews.

My account was supposed to be frozen for now due to COVID-19, yet I continue to get charged monthly even after I gave up and cancelled my membership. Zinah (new owner) is unconcerned. Now I have to go to my bank to stop the withdraws. Ridiculous. I know I am not the only one they are doing this to.

Short Story: Make sure you get confirmation when you cancel your membership, because they're going to keep billing you.

Long Story: (Military) In JAN 2020, I got TDY orders (temporary duty assignment) to go to another state for 6 months. I went into the club, orders in-hand, on 16 JAN 2020 to "Freeze" my membership (in accordance with the Membership Freeze Policy for Military Members in the contract). The manager at the time (Justin Ferris) did not want to honor this request. He claimed that this only applied to deployments, not TDYs (not what the contract states).

No problem. I decided I would not continue to do business with Anytime Fitness, since they do not honor their own contracts, esp.for military members. I was also 11 months into my 12-month contract. My last payment was to draft out of my bank account in Feb 2020. At that time I submitted my cancellation request & took a picture of the iPad I used to submit this request (since the manager could not provide me with cancellation documentation or a cancellation request number).

I continued to get charged in March, May & June (Club was shutdown for COVID in April). I contacted the club directly to get March & May bills reversed, which they eventually did. Each time I was assured the "cancellation request" had successfully processed, but that was not the case. When I got billed for June, I reached out to my bank directly to get the payment reversed & to put a stop to all future payments coming from the 3rd-party billing company (ABC Financial).

Now it's July 2020 and ABC Financial reached out to me to inform me that they are unable to collect payment & I have a balance, plus late fees. I'm continuing to try to work with the club to process my cancellation request (after 6 months). They are very hard to communicate with. Voicemails don't get returned. Emails do not get responded to.

But I believe what they're doing is intentionally not processing my cancellation request so they can continue to run up a "balance" so they can sell the debt to a collection agency.

Terrible management, unscrupulous business practices, horrible communication, does not honor the terms of their own contracts.

If you do decide to join this club, just be prepared for a headache when you cancel your membership. And document EVERYTHING. You're going to need it!

I can not say this enough (and I'm not a whiner online), this ownership is HORRIBLE. They are absolutely horrible. I've been trying to cancel my membership for 6 months and they continue to charge me. I've called corporate, I've sent the certified mail, etc. They are completely clueless. DO NOT JOIN THIS PARTICULAR GYM.

Worst gym membership experience. They said my account was closed and continued to take out money from my account. I had several emails and phone calls requesting to cancel and rep said my account would be over March 2020. They continued to take out from my account an additional 4 months. They said they would refund. No refund has been sent.

Ugh, do not EVER join Anytime Fitness Hausman Village - Trying to cancel your membership is a complete NIGHTMARE! I had to go to the gym in person to cancel on June 5th (can't do it over the phone) and now a month and a half later they are STILL trying to bill me. I turned off their auto-debit payment system ABC Financial from Bank of America, since they weren't stopping.now I get a threatening call from ABC that I'm past due. On the phone with them now, they can't even tell me how much I owe them. They tell me I need to pay Anytime Fitness, Anytime Fitness tells me I need to pay ABC Financial. Such complete incompetence! $95.78 in new charges since I tried to cancel on June 5th. Unbelievable!
