Anytime Fitness, Plano TX

The place is dirty, the equipment has hair and dust all over it. Also, most of the cardio equipment creeks. They charge a fee to better the gym every few months but don’t service anything.

Gym is small and some cardio equipment is old and needs replacing. TVs on some equipment doesn't work. I have been to other AF locations in FL and AZ and much better with newer equipment. Does have nice large studio to work out when no classes are in session.

The gyms aren't kept particularly clean, especially the bathrooms. Their is constantly hair on the floor and for several days.

Plus, there are lights blown.

WORST OF ALL. The hot water hasn't worked in THREE weeks!

What makes matters worst is the contract. Our hands are tied to make our opinions matter when we can't vote with our feet.

Love this gym! It’s a small family type atmosphere, but they have all the best state of the art equipment like the big guys. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

This Anytime fitness was a pain to work with. I had to jump through hoops to get in and the manager was unsure of how to be kind.

Gym is nice and has fairly good equipment. Also the staff is just killer, super friendly and they act like normal people which is great.

The trainers are very nice and everything is clean and modern. The gym is really safe and chill, and you can get a good workout for cheap!

Aaron and the other staff at this facility are the absolute best! They regularly upkeep with each member, making sure their goals are being met. The facilities are wonderful, although they could have more free weights. Otherwise. 5/5 recommend, especially for people beginning their health/training journey!

Staff members are knowledgeable and extremely helpful when it comes to setting fitness goals. I would highly recommend.

Gym staff is super friendly and welcoming. Moved back to Texas after getting out the military and it was nothing but positive energy since I been here. Facility is keep update to date and looks great.

The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, the facility is clean, modern, and comfortable, the equipment is in great condition and I think it’s a great value!

By FAR this gym has the best people - from staff to the people who work out here. It’s awesome seeing young, old, experienced and inexperienced gym members. On top of that, the staff is AMAZING. You consistently see the staff helping and training out the gym members. Also, very great at picking up if a gym member is more reserved or more talkative - knowing when and how to interact with you.

Honestly, I couldn’t say enough positive things about this gym. Everything is clean and working properly. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Def recommend!

Came back to this gym after trying others in the area. The gym has a good selection of machines and free weights. The treadmills and ellipticals are always available. Aaron is very helpful if you have any questions.

Having a gym that is clean and available 24 hours a day is all I could ask for. But Aaron and Jarrett make it 10 times better with the enthusiasm and comedy. Thanks guys!

Been going for about a year now. Just 3 days a week: nothing crazy. Getting super jacked was never a goal of mine: regardless, I've seen noticeable improvement in my overall fitness since starting here.

The gym itself is pretty small, compared to something like a planet fitness, bit has a good variety of machines for different body groups, and it's rarely so busy that there is a line for any particular machine.

Staff is personable and trainers aren't prone to let you get off slacking without at least a little DM shaming. They'll push you to do your reps and make progress.

Great place to frequent for someone looking for a local gym. Prices are pretty reasonable as well.

I had to call to cancel my membership and was really intimidated by the process after reading the reviews and hearing from friends/family’s past experiences. But I had no trouble getting in contact with management and Aaron was very kind and helpful. He had my contract cancellation taken care of in minutes with a confirmation email to follow. Appreciate it so much!:)

When all the gyms closed down, this little neighborhood gym stayed open - all day 24 /7.they supplied all the sanitizing gear, and I could go in the early morning when no one else would be there.
Now that the pandemic is over, the club is still clean - cleaner than ever. They are diligent to quickly repair damaged or broken equipment. They bought an entire new set of dumbbells to replace the old wornout ones.
It is always open. It is open during an ice storm. It is open on Christmas morning. And it is only a mile and a half away from my house.
