Most impressive is that management makes sure that all the workout equipment, machines, video/tv's and the showers and restroom facilities are in good working order. Nothing is broken, out-of-service, or worn out looking in any respect. It works like it's supposed to.and the place is extremely clean.
Management is friendly and helpful & actually speaks to you and greets you when you encounter them. With 24 hour access & availability the hours are ideal for everybody. Also important is that if you go out of town there are a lot Anytime locations all over the place.

A person must be a member to get in so there is more security than if the door can be opened by anyone. It works to every member's benefit that you have to have you fob to electronically open the door.

Plenty of television monitors so you can watch the game, movie or news broadcast of your choice without bothering anyone else and vice versa.

A fantastic gym for me.

Great manager, she was very pleasant. And everyone was nice and very sanitary. Clean equipment and the machines were in good working condition.

This is a very nice gym.went there about a week ago was just visiting. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the manager. She was very nice. During my week of visiting the gym it was very clean and the the staff was very friendly. The reason for the 4 and not 5 stars is it is a smaller gym but does offer everything. I did enjoy my viist.

Communication is unreliable and unclear. I’m being told different balances are due in order to process cancellation. -I’ve tried to pay online, but the payments don’t register
-I’ve tried to pay by phone, but I’m sent back to unavailable management. The number they tell you to call back is an automated voicemail.

I agree with a past comment about this being a scam, constantly sending me in circles to get more money.

24/7 access to building, but no reliable communication. Multiple visits to try and speak to anyone in person, called and left voicemails with no return response, and tried emails.

Basic amenities, not worth price. Not worth the hassle.

Tracy is the best! I needed an adjusted plan because I was only using this gym for a short period of time and she did nothing but work with me and make it easy. Not to mention the gym itself is great and has everything you could want.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I canceled my membership back in June and I’m still being charged. The front desk lady was no help. Half the time she worked there when I was a member she was not available during staff hours or was outside smoking cigarettes on the phone. She told me she canceled my membership when I went in June and that I would have access to the gym until July 15th. When I asked for my cancellation form she said she couldn’t give that to me that it’s all digital.

In the last 15 years I have been a member of 3 big-name corporate gyms and 2 university Rec centers. This has been my favorite gym and the staff is outstanding.

Worst experience with management. If I could give no stars I would. Tried to call and no one would pick up. I took off billing thinking that they would handle this accordingly, I leave multiple voicemails and finally got back to. Tracy gave the worst customer service I have ever heard in my life. The franchise needs to get ahold of her correctly. Do not recommend, go to iron works or the rec.

Amazing customer service! Tracy has gone above and beyond just to accommodate my situation, questions, and has been so helpful and kind. The gym itself is also the cleanest Anytime Fitness I’ve ever been to. 5 stars for me!

I've waited at the gym for over an hour waiting on management during regular business hours and no one was there or bothered to show up. Even other members said it's bad business. Called the number on the door and of course no one answered, I thought it was ringing in the gym office but no phone was ringing.sooooo what happened?

So much better the past couple months. The new management really made a difference. I’d be happy to refer someone now. Much more of a private club feel

Tracy is amazing! She assisted me with everything I needed and answered all my questions! I workout there regularly and have never had a problem!

We were regulars at the gym. We were moving and needed to cancel our membership, and we spoke with the manager. We were told no problem. They just needed a bill at our new resident with our name on it. Since there wasn't an Anytime Fitness anywhere near us. We would be able to cancel. We provided the information and was on our way. Fast forward a year, and now I have a collection on my credit report. I spoke with the people with collections, and they told me I would have to contact the gym to get this taken care of. I have been trying to call there for the past three weeks and can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone.

Went for the first time today and loved it. It was empty and very clean. Has different types of equipment and staff is nice.

Don’t get a membership here. I’ve been in the cancellation process since February and I’ve beyond frustrated with Tracy and this location. The most unprofessional owner for the most basic gym in Huntsville. I’ve been getting charged WHILE receiving messages that my account has a past due balance. I’ve been at the gym in person, called, emailed multiple times to cancel this membership. Save yourself the pain and go to Iron Works. Worst experience. Please don’t ignore the bad reviews like I did.

I travel for my work so I hit at least 3 anytime fitness a week in my travels.
This has got to be one of the cleanest ones i've ever been to kudos to you

Absolutely loved the environment! The lighting in here made me feel huge, on top of the polite community. Felt like I fit in as soon as I walked in the door. The staff was so kind to me as well. Very humorous! Thank you, Anytime Fitness!
