6I also love this location and the day crew that works here. However, the AC is still out completely out and has been for weeks. Today it was 91 degrees inside the gym. When will it get fixed?
I love this location, however the air conditioner has been out for 10 days with no resolution on the horizon. The owner of this location is about to lose a large amount of members if he doesn't resolve this problem very promptly.
If you want to jump through loops to cancel a contract that you fulfilled, due to it being set on AUTO RENEWAL. Come here.
Having to stay on the phone for almost 3hrs conversing with someone from India that don't understand a word that you say, just to cancel a membership is obtuse.
It's never about the money; it's about the experience.
It's my fault, I should have stayed at LA FITNESS.

Jake and Sergio were super helpful. Great set of equipment for strength to cardio and everything is clean and well set up.
The cleanest Anytime Fitness I have been to. The owner Joe, is beyond personable and takes the time to greet his members and guests. The trainer Nick is amazing. Everybody was genuinely inviting and friendly.
I have tried to reach the manager patiently to cancel my membership by phone on 3/11,3/13 and in person on 3/17. Terrible customer service by saying a note and a text has been left for the manager and he will contact you. I enjoyed your gym at one time, it’s just not for me anymore. I need the manager to contact me please!
