5Absolutely worst customer service ever. I sent in my cancelation form over 2 months ago because I moved to somewhere where there isn't a gym with the required distance. I guess the manager at that time left and now all I get is the run around they refuse to cancel my membership. I've talked to 3 different managers in the last 2 months and everyone is telling me something different. They refuse to give me corporates # and if things aren't resolved, I will take legal action.
They oppend up the space since i last posted still needs more machines but for the space they have thay use it in a good way
Recently renovated an is actually alot more spacious. Great staff, great environment definitely a great gym to lift at
I been customer with anytime fitness for 3 years I'm truck driver so I visited many locations this is the most horrible location I ever seen old workout materials the shower is dirty and there is no soap or shampoo there's no shower head to wash your self if I could give 0 stars I would
HORRIBLE customer service. No one is ever in office to answer phones or help their customers but are sure to take your payment every month. Been trying to cancel my membership for over a year. Was only suppose to be a 1 year membership. Auto renewed and want me to pay a large amount to get it canceled.
