Anytime Fitness, San Antonio TX

I don't typically write negative reviews, but the interaction I had with the lady (didn't catch her name, but wore glasses) that worked the evening of Dec 18th was extremely rude. I understand people can get busy with other clients, but I've worked in that kind of industry before and no matter how swamped you get it's not professional to act rude to someone. Overall, I will not be enrolling at this location due to the customer service.

The equipment was adequate and useful. We love the hours. My husband and I sometimes want to exercise at odd hours. Your plan is perfect for us. Thank you.

Main cable machine is broken and they dont fix anything. Multiple machines broke for weeks at a time. Dont recommend

Came in looking to switch gyms. Did not get a welcoming feeling. The person helping me didn’t even offer to show me around (like the other location I went to did). Didn’t even discuss prices with me. They obviously don’t care to receive any new business because I was told they are unable to sign anyone up because there system has been down for over a week and she said they just been sending ppl to the other location. Will be sticking with the gym I currently have! I def do not recommend this facility

Dallas is super helpful and very professional. She went above and beyond assisting me with the process. I highly recommend working with her.

Ms. Dallas from Anytime Fitness at Alamo Ranch Pkwy was amazing! She was friendly, helpful, and was able to resolve my issue that I was having with my key fob.

First time back in the gym in 8 years. I have had an outstanding experience at Anytime Fitness! Ms. Dallas, the manager, was incredibly helpful during my free trial and sign-up process, and the convenience of handling everything on my phone was a big plus. The gym is clean, simple, and ideal for someone getting back into working out. The workout atmosphere is great, and the equipment is excellent. What's even better, my buddy recommended the gym, and he received a free month, which has allowed us to motivate each other. It's a win-win all around!

Now that AF is under new management I think all of the patrons here will be a lot happier.

Great place to workout. The staff is amazing. Mike Thomas is the truth. He is my trainer. Very efficient, safety is a big when working out with him. He also makes sure that you are during the exercise correctly without injuring yourself. It is safe. You can only get into the gym if you are member and you can only use your key fab. Overall, great gym and great people.

I enrolled through active and fit with usaa. And the process was very easy I was able to send details through email and text so I didn't have to come in person, since I work night shift. When I go to the gym at very early hours in the morning it's quite nice the gym is well lit outside. Dallas helped me with the process we had a minor key fob issue but he immediately fixed it for me. The equipment was well maintained from what I've seen so far. The bathrooms were clean as well.

Gym and management has been a huge blessing! Gym is always cleaned and stocked with cleaning wipes. Every time I have questions or need anything the manager is quick to help me. I have never stay consistent at any gym but I have been going for several months to this location due the experience I have been receiving. Thank you!

I am actually starting to see results in areas of my body I am targeting and my stress level has went down with my new work out routine.

I’ve been going with Coach Mike Jordan as my trainer since Feb and hes helped me lose weight, gain muscle and gain confidence. Keep coach Mike at anytime fitness Alamo ranch.

Had a personal trainer here, Coach Mike Jordan, and got switched to another gym due to company management. Its absurd. I paid and entered a contact with Mike, not whoever you decided to give me. Kinda crazy how I'm gonna pay 500 a month just to get passed around like a plastic ball. Please fix your truecoach. Good gym, but can't give anything over 2 stars until this is fixed.

Great workout spot for beginners and pros in the neighborhood! Great management! Great pricing! Open 24/7, and have great machines super convenient. I love this gym get a membership now!

I tried to tour the facility to see whether I want to join. I went around 1: 30 pm and the sign said there’s no staff between 1-3. So I left and did some errands to kill some time. I returned a little after 3 and rang the doorbell several times and no one came. I then called them several times with no answer, now it says the mailbox is full. This place must not need new members. I guess I’ll go down the street to see whether Gold’s Gym is taking on new members.

Gym used to be good…new management came in and gym is dirty, equipment will stay broken for days or weeks at a time, toilets don’t work half the time, drinking fountains don’t work right, gym is hot usually around 80 degrees. Temperature could be controlled better if the blinds were kept closed in the afternoon but manager won’t close them until they auto close on a timer around 5: 30 pm after the sun has super heated the gym. I have asked a couple times to close them because of the glare off vehicles in the parking lot and he just says no they will close when the timer closes them. And this location gets super busy from 2: 30-6. I’ve worked out at 3 locations this is by far the worst.

This is my favorite gym! It's the prefect size with just the right equipment and the manager is top tier he is very tentative and helpful
