Never going bk Front lady's were rude no manners or compassion towards the pt. (specifically the Hispanic girl)
Once you get to the back the Doc was nice nd listen to my concerns.but the front office made the visit not very nice.

Dr Foster needs to better explain procedures to his patients with assuring they understand what they are enduring. I do not appreciate the lack of patient care when it comes to this. He could have paralyzed my mother with the lack of explanation for a procedure and she should have been given local anesthesia. Never Again!

Dr Dean’s office staff is pitiful. Haven’t seen Dr Dean yet because after 4 weeks no one is sure what day he sees oncology patients.

I'm at the point of filing formal complaints regarding my husband's experience. He had surgery the beginning of April. My daughter had surgery the day before. As such, we more than met our out of pocket, but because her claims hadn't hit the insurance yet we were forced to pay AOA's calculated amount or have his surgery canceled. Mind you, we were being told that this was his doctor's policy. Now, 4 months later, they still have our payment, won't follow through with the insurance company to get the claim approved and send us a monthly bill for services rendered as part of that surgery. They owe us a refund but don't care about doing their part to get that to us. I'm grateful that my husband's surgery was successful and that he is no longer in constant pain. However, the services provided from start to finish were cold, impersonal and all about the money.

The amount of time in the waiting room far exceeds the time seeing the doctor. I never wait less than an hour and the doctor sees me for 5 mins.max.

Their staff are not overly friendly either.some are very rude (shorter Hispanic nurse has a nasty personality).

If you can see someone else, I would recommend it.

I would’ve put ZERO STARS if it were an option! If you come to this place, pack a lunch and a dinner because you’ll be here forever! The last three appointments I’ve waited from 2-3 hours and as much as 4 hours to actually be seen! It’s ridiculous!

My husband was referred to Dr Rey by Dr Dean for his shoulder pain. Dr Rey performed a partial shoulder replacement. My husbands shoulder is so much better. Both doctors are awesome! Dr. Rey explained the process and surgery in detail and was with us from beginning to end. Top notch service from both doctors.

The Dr's at the Waxahachie locations are absolutely kind and professional. Their staff on the other hand are the rudest women I have ever come across. I witnessed the lady in the front talk down to a few patients that came in included us. You can tell she is there just for a pay check. Then my husband called to try and get another appointment and asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on while still talking. We have never dealt with office employees like this before. Makes me wonder if the Dr's are aware of how their staff treats their patients.

This group and their office staff (at both the Mansfield & Arlington locations) are absolutely fabulous! The staff is very friendly and helpful, just a true pleasure to interact with them! I have seen Dr. Atkinson regarding 2 different issues and simply cannot say enough great things about him. An outstanding surgeon, funny and empathetic. He communicates well with his patients and very much puts you at ease. I recommend this group with 100% confidence!

Saw Dr. Atkinson for another hand surgery and my review stands. Office staff is so very friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed on visits. Dr. Atkinson is still fantastic. 100% recommended!
