As soon as I walk into the building Yiza Silva help me find an apartment within minutes of being there. I went to another apartment finder location before this one. They told me because of my situation they was not able to help me. Yiza ask me a few questions, made a couple of calls. Now I am moving to a better neighborhood. I went in originally to meet a locator i spoke with before but i got his partner Yiza, at first i was disappointed that quickly changed. She was able to take my specifications for the apartment i wanted and found 2 places that i could afford.i was in and out in 20 mins with a folder with exactly what to look for and the relieving knowledge knowing i would be approved before leaving.: D

I wish i could not even give them a star. Their staff was not helpful at all. When i found an apartment on my own, they then asked to still get credit so they could get commission! Seriously? You didnt even help. If you are military - i would avoid these scammers

Had the best experience here at this locator services. Had the badest luck ever but this karl the locator expert turned my luck upside down. He found me and my daughter a home within two days and went to the apartments to make sure it was perfect and lagit.
