Nicole was an amazing person to work with! She answered every question that I had in a timely manner and stayed at my budget and under, unlike others. She had great apartments lined up for me and was very flexible with my schedule. She even came on tours with me and asked great questions that I didn’t even think of. Definitely recommend using this company and ask for Nicole (I’m sure they are all great though)!

Courtney was absolutely amazing. The only problem was she found too many that were everything I wanted - Narrowing it down was by far the hardest part! It felt great to have so many options to look at. She really understood what was important to us and nailed it. She had our appointments set up perfectly. Easiest moving process ever!

I was looking for an apartment in Dallas while I still lived in Oklahoma. Meghan worked with me every step of the way to find me the best deal in the area I wanted to be in. I had a long wishlist and a small budget but Meghan never once complained. She found me the most perfect place and then set up touring appointments for me with leasing agents she knew personally. She continuously checked in with me after each tour and contacted leasing agents with questions I had later. She helped weigh the pros and cons of each of my options, helped me through the application process, helped me with pet paperwork, and then hooked me up with electricity people. Meghan made me feel like she has been my friend for years and that she was even more excited than me to find me the perfect place! She was always positive, energetic, fun, and helpful and I seriously would never have found a place without her and with as little stress as possible. She is an absolute 5 star person and apartment finder!

Tim was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to assist me. I’m a very particular person and I was looking for certain features and finishes in my new apartment home. Tim was very patient and so kind. He delivered quick responses and was able to answer any and every question that I asked him. I got the keys to my new apartment yesterday and without him it wouldn’t have been possible. I am so grateful for Tim and I appreciate all of his hard work!

Great at what they do. I was helped by Taylor Sinclair as an apartment locator. I told her my apartment preferences and price range and she a thoroughly researched list in my inbox the next day. I chose one and told her I needed to move in within the next 14 days. She stayed in constant contact with the property manager and I was approved for move in within 10 days! Very professional service, fantastic communication, and friendly to work with. Highly recommend

I’ve had the great pleasure of working with Tim. He instantly contacted me after receiving my contact information through Instagram. (It’s not a catch). He was patient, kind and listened to my needs and specifications. Tim consistently followed up to check on things, he immediately reached out to complexes to get questions answered even when I couldn’t reach them. He Was prompt and informative and most importantly always professional, even through text! I viewed my dream apartment and applied the same day and was approved. Safe to say, Tim was a life saver and took the stress off of me a bit.
