The person that works here who is the reason for this review is Shane. He’s a guy you fell like you meet before in a friendly meeting. I had came off of a prior meeting with him on my first apartment search that I canceled so, on the second go around I remembered is name I repeated such when I was greeted in apartments now! Offices. I was informed he was on lunch but the nice lady gave me a call and 6 mins later lunch completed he came. As if to my rescue, at the time I was discouraged about the the apartment search in Austin the rental climate fluctuates daily but he assured of location success and helped find viable options even after I left. I received potential locations thru txt msg he never stopped he is beyond professional. Remember the name Shane if you ever visit during your apartment search he will do more than his best to serve you. He will enthusiastically look and find you an apartment as if as the name suggested you needed it now.

I got Nick as my locater and I could not be more satisfied. He found me an apartment within my price range and location preferences. The apartment ended up not giving commission to Nick but he was still more than willing to make sure I got what I was looking for.

I'm beyond grateful to Yuri for her commitment, she did a great labor in helping me find a new apartment, thanks to her kindness, dedication, invested time, responsibility and being such a servicial person I'm now enjoying my new home. I had the greatest blessing and pleasure of working with Nick Ulrich with Apartments Now. I was in such a time crunch that was really causing me to stress beyond a decent night's sleep because I'd been searching everywhere for an apartment to no avail. At first, it's been hard for me to find an apartment because I'm looking for a specific one that has a washer & dryer inside the unit. I check the marketplace on Facebook and I saw this Chandelier Apartment then I found Jenna Winot. She's an incredible person and she helps me from the start until I got approved with the apartment. Every time I have a question for her she always replies to me right away no matter what. She also checks up on me about what is the latest updates and talks with the leasing office as well. I'm so glad that I found her and it’s so convenient to have an apartment locator especially here in Austin.
