Aprox Sleep Diagnostics was a great place to do the sleep study. Carl is a great technician.
He made me feel very comfortable going through the study. The rooms are very comfortable and clean & private.

Poor customer service and communications (weeks and weeks without a response, commitments to follow up that that were not honored). I hope they’re able to provide the much needed training and supervision for their staff.

The only thing good was the guys who did the test, they actually seemed to care.
After i got a text saying they had my machine it I left 12 messages and noone called me back.
Had to go through all of the extensions i finally got the operator and they gave me office manager

DONT GO HERE THERE ARE MANY BETTER PLACES

I had a great sleep there, because it has a nice and quiet atmosphere. The bed was very clean and comfortable The bedroom looks ok and so does the restroom. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The tech was so kind and explained everything that he was going to do with great details. Thank you for everything!

Jo (aka Joann) at Apnix Bellaire Jan 2020 was prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The sleep bed was quite comfortable. The room was good but having USB outlets and an available plug outlet on the equipment side would be better. Bathroom was clean and fully functional. TV and remote needed some manipulation to get it to work. Convenient location and you can park right by the door. Sleep room doesn’t have a window, so I was sure to check emergency escape routes and exits.

It’s a sleep study! They are not there to offer coffee! It’s not a hotel but it sure felt like one.

The technician was extremely kind, friendly and she made sure that I was comfortable. The room and restroom were clean and comfy as well.

This company is HIGHLY unprofessional. They took my credit card payment and I never heard anything from them until I received a call from a colection agency for owing them $30. So instead of picking up the phone and as a professional copurtesy, they proceeded to attempt to ruin my credit. I called them only after finding out there was a debt from a collection agency These are the kinds of companies clients need to ban together and ruin their service. This is just the beginning for me I plan to massively let customers know through the web about their unprofessional practices. Businesses like this deserve whats coming.are they going to lose more than $30? Absolutely.

The best company on the planet. Angels work there. The people are are so professional and non judgemental to any facet of life. I felt safe and secure and like I had a soul in my body.

Furthermore, they genuinely care about human beings and making them feel safe and comfortable. You can trust there experience and there disposition in a sense of life.

I love them with all my heart and soul.

The entire process was absolutely amazing, less than 10 minutes away from my home, the people were warm and friendly, the room beautiful, neat, clean, and comfortable.

I have left 3 voicemails to the same guy in the billing department for a refund I am owed and he confirmed 2 months ago. Apparently the refund was never sent out and he was going to call me to transfer me to the owner for a refund. Weird! This has not happened. And he is refusing to answer or return my calls. If I dont hear back soon i will take the company to a small claims court, submit my claim with the BBB and consumer reports for fraud. The took my money and the insurance money and refusing to refund me. A complaint with my insurance regarding the pay discrepancy has also been submitted and they only have one guy doing billing and he wont call me back. The sleep study was great I just hate that I was deceived in this manner.

Comfortable place to be for a sleep study. Techs are great. She made me feel very comfortable being there. She always had a smile a kind word. She explained everything before she did it. Most of all she treated me with respect. Thank you.

They are absolutely terrible when it comes to providing supplies for your equipment. They have automated calls where you can order, nothing shows up. You can go online and order, nothing shows up. Or, you can call them and leave a message, and no one calls back. They are severely understaffed and were the entire time I was using them, which was over a year. At one point they promised to get their act together with a new hire, but that quickly went south. Now they just say they can’t keep up.

This is awesome place if your in need of a sleep study. I felt right at home as soon as I walked through the door. The young guy that was there. Was awesome. I really feel bad because I can’t remember his name. He is very knowledgeable and he makes you feel like you’re not a patient. The room was wonderful and clean. The whole facility was clean. Smelling good as if I was at my own house. Need was so comfortable with clean sheets and all. After the study, I really didn’t want to leave. Keep up the good work.

Very nice and cozy I felt like I was at a motel. Faculties was very nice, rooms, bathrooms and bed was nice neat clean. I too much didn't like the mask nose felt like claustrophobic but had to get use to it

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!
I paid $600 for a sleep study and 2 months later was billed $175 for a fee that was never explained nor told about.
The place was absolutely filthy with stains on the carpet and looked to be a leak in the roof. Better sleeping at home with sleep apnea then at this junk hole.
