17 The personal touch I received during my visit was. The staff was exceptional and put me at ease right away.
The only thing I wasn't impressed with is lack of channel choices on their TV's.

I recently had a sleep apnea test and was overwhelmed with the professionalism of this organization.
The staff was great and friendly with the patient. The staff also took their time and went over every step of what they're going to be doing. The rooms where very very clean and the restroom also. I have nothing to say bad about the company or building. The building also have an elevator for the disabled. The staff also meet you downstairs and walk with you to the rooms.

Yes the technician was very professional she explained everything that she was doing she explained the different machines she made you feel comfortable and it was very nice it was a very nice study
The techs were very friendly and knowledgable. Had an emergency at home and helped me get out and to my sick wife.
Technician greeted me at the door, explained what was happening while hooking me up to sensors. Room was very comfortable, had access to a full bathroom with shower. Walls are really thin though so you can hear rooms adjacent to you.

Facilty was very clean and comfortable. The technician was very kind and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through, every step of the process as we went along. Even though I was nervous about having a sleep study done. I now know how important this is to be done, for my overall health and well being.
