The Apple Biz Manager Experts here currently leave a lot to be desired.

Paopao will not be of any assistance. He’s only focused on sales. How can you sell Apple Biz Manager if you aren’t knowledgeable or comfortable enough to help those who buy your product?

I asked for assistance but was told by Paopao to call their support line instead bc he’s focused on sales.

Terrible experience. I walked around, up and down the store a total of 3 times, the store was basically empty. There were a total of 13 employees (some shown in the photo below) and not a single staff member asked if I needed any help. Disappointing. Might switch to Samsung.

We got a 7: 45 PM appointment for Genius bar, we were there early at 5 PM and since no earlier appointments were available, we’re waiting for our appointment walking around the mall, we get there at 6: 50 again to wait at the store for our appointment time, and they don’t let my kid enter the store saying that the store is closed for business today! I go to talk to them because the store is supposed to close at 9 PM that day, they say “we had too many appointments, so we had to cancel them all and close the store”! What! Not a message, no notification, not a sorry for courtesy, just close the store, because you can’t handle how many appointments to give out in a day! We were so disappointed, my kid was so looking forward to getting iPad screen fixed, it is not easy to find time to go get things done, and the store absolutely had zero regard for that. The employees at the door didn’t care, their attitude was the worst part in this situation. Wasted an entire evening for nothing!

After a slightly unpleasant first visit to the Apple Store, Geronimo, the store lead, reached out to me and offered to take a closer look at my iMac to see if it can be repaired.

On my second visit, I was in and out within a few minutes and my iMac was now in their hands to do a deep dive into the issue and see what can be done.

Just a couple days later, I was notified that my iMac was able to be repaired! Even though the first visit had a couple of small hiccups, Apple, and specifically Geronimo, stepped in and delivered the service and customer experience that we all love. Besides the products themselves, it’s the people like Geronimo that turn first-time Apple customers to lifetime users.

The gentleman I spoke to this past Saturday night deserves an award for his patience and customer care. I forgot his name, but I believe he’s been with Apple for four years, was born in El Paso, and has a golden retriever and a pit mix. I came in the store a tad heated after being shuffled around with AT&T and Apple for two weeks. Although this employee was busy, he took care of me and solved my issue, all while remaining calm and dealing with me.

The Apple store was once my favorite place to visit - and the only reason I ever set foot in the Mall. That has changed. Now, I can't think of a store I hate more than Apple. Why? Because, contrasting with its once quiet and peaceful environment the Apple Store has descended into pure chaos.

Here's an example: When trading in my M1 iPad Pro for a newer M2 version, my conversation with the store rep was suddenly and rudely interrupted by another employee standing in front of the store's giant video display. With his PA cranked up to what must have been eleven, he began telling the whole store how to take and edit photos with an iPhone - something most of the store's customers already understood. However, instead of inviting the few who might be interested to join him at a quiet table where he could sell iPhones, he insisted on blasting all of us with his spiel.

In response, everyone in the store began speaking louder, in order to hear their conversations. Suddenly, the store had lost its quiet and peaceful environment. Sadly, this isn't an isolated case, because due to a poor management decision, this is now happening all the time, with various demonstrators helping Apple show off its million dollar video display and deafening PA.

I couldn't wait to leave.

So, as soon as my new iPad said 'Hello, " I left.
Unfortunately, in all the confusion, the Apple Store rep failed to tell me my new iPad wouldn't be usable until I had hooked it up to an Apple Keyboard. I discovered this after I got home, which is over an hour away. You can't even imagine the frustration! There are simply no polite words to describe my hatred for Apple and its store!

Fortunately, I discovered Best Buy has all the Apple stuff including keyboards. Best Buy was nearby and the store's environment and service proved vastly superior to Apple. I could actually hear the store's rep talk! In just a few minutes, Best Buy's salesman had solved the problem Apple created.

I'll never buy anything at the Apple Store again.

And I have another important word of warning about Apple.

By setting up its iPad Pro in a way that forces you to try their keyboard, Apple is posing their iPad as a replacement for a laptop.

It isn't.

Why?

Because Apple has made no provision for you to back up your iPad to an external drive. You can do that with any Apple computer, including its Mac Mini. But you can't backup your iPad without connecting it to a computer. Yes, you can back up your files manually, one-at-a-time to a USB drive, but who has time for that? In a thoughtless, and possibly criminal omission, Apple has failed to equip the iPad's iOS with Time Machine or an equivalent backup system. Apple isn't telling you that, but I am.

So, if you buy an iPad and suddenly lose all your data, as has happened to me, don't say you weren't warned. Even with a keyboard, an iPad is not a computer, and thinking an iPad will replace your computer is a very dangerous assumption.

I LOVE RAY! Went in to pick up an iPad and pencil I ordered online, and he let me know about the Education Discount and helped me refund my iPad & pencil just to repurchase it with the discount. Such a lovely human being! Give this man a raise!

I walked in for a battery replacement. I was added to a waitlist with an expectation that I’ll get a text in 45 minutes asking me to come back. That text never came and when I just came back in an hour to check, I was told my appointment was cancelled.
I never got any text in the whole process. Even after that, I had to keep waiting for someone to attend to me. This is the longest I’ve ever had to wait to be serviced.

Requiring everyone to wear a mask when no other business in the mall is doing it. Booo, Shame on Apple.

Paid $1730.92 but never receive anything. But they said it's none of their business because it is marked delivered by UPS.

I ordered an Iphone 14 pro max 1tb to be delivered to my house. They UPS driver stole my stuff, delivered an empty box. But Apple does not protect their consumer. They could have track the lost phone or something or do more investigation. But instead they stated that UPS claimed that they delivered and that's it. I lost my money but it's none of their business. Apple is doing business with criminals who steal from their customer. Horrible online shopping experience. Why selling stuff online when you cannot protect your customer from thief?

Goldman Sachs is the company that does financing for apple. They declined my application even though I have a 805 credit score and my credit debt limit is very very very very very low. I'm very convinced that they declined me based on a private social credit score. I'm 100% convinced that they do not lend money to people who vote Republican. They told me that they don't always lend money to everybody even if you have a good credit score. They are withholding other pre-existing qualifications that are not disclosed to anybody. This can be construed as racism.

Also when we went to the store today and my son wanted to look at some headphones. They had security closing off the store saying that the air conditioning was out. We felt cold air blowing through. The security was very intimidating when we were trying to go in.

Terrible experience working with this store. I only give it 2 stars because the repairs were completed quickly. Highly disorganized and misleading.

Quick service and friendly staff, but I recommend ordering online for pickup if you can. Sometimes the store is really crowded and it can be hectic to shop while there.

I don’t usually leave reviews for places, but I have to say the employee here, Vela, was so kind & incredibly helpful! I traded in my old iPhone, and she got my new iPhone 13 set up quickly without any trouble. I went to the Domain Apple store and the employee there wasn’t half as helpful and efficient as Vela. I’ll definitely be going back to this location, as long as she’s still there to help me! Also, props to Apple for providing inclusive assistance for their deaf/HoH employees. The ASL interpreter on call for Vela was also very good!

I brought in my Macbook with a cracked screen, fully prepared to shell out the big $$ for a replacement and regretting my decision to not buy the warranty. I made my appointment in advance online, and even though the store was bustling they saw me right away when I arrived. The employee that processed my repair was so nice, and went above and beyond to help me get my computer repaired at no cost under the limited warranty. The screen wasn't even in stock when I dropped it off on Sunday, but my computer was ready for pickup by Tuesday morning, almost a full week before I was quoted. The service is so good here it blows my mind, I can't say enough good things about the people working here.
