I am very happy and comfortable with the phone answering in here. It is very impressive and friendly. They help me answer lots of my questions about dental insurance. Especially, employee Ann. She help me a lot though a phone call. I highly recommend this place to take care your dental health.

They really have a heart of GOLD over there. No matter what you have in your pocket THEY WILL HELP. This is the first dentist I went to that really cared about my mouth an not my money. Come here an get your work done no I PROMISE YOU WILL LEAVE HAPPY AN CRYING LIKE I DID

Apple Dentist has been my dental provider since 2014 and for almost 4 years of using their services I have never been to a single issue with them. They are consistently providing a second-to-none service and always been very impressed with their team and cutting-edge care. This Saturday morning I have a dental Fillings and it couldn't have gone any better. Despite the busy schedule, I received a warm accommodation and homey environment during my treatment. I couldn't thank them enough!

Just finished my braces treatment at this location and I am beyond happy with the results, they even gave me a free whitening after! All of my friends are shocked how little I paid for my 2 year treatment.most places charge around 5k-6k, I paid almost half of that here!
I will definitely be recommending!

The financial person in charge of the insurance verification miss lead me about my dual insurance.
I had this person to make sure that both my insurance were in network before they started to put braces
On my daughter. They called me and told that both insurance were. They took my $300 and put the braces
on my daughter. A month later my wife recieved a call from her insurance company telling this was done out of network and it will cost me more out of pocket.
This person at Apple dentist is very dishonest we will never do business with them again.
Now im trying to get my $ 300 back. Taking my daughter to another dental co.that does take both insurance
and is in network.

Went for a tooth estraction didn't have my insurance card so I paid cash, when I filed a claim they kept giving me the run around after calling &calling they finally submitted to dental ins, it's been almost 2 months & I still haven't gotten reimbursed, great dentist, but they take forever to submit ur paperwork, make sure u have ur ins card, if you pay cash ur screwed & u have to call them 20 times a week to get stuff done, first &last time going there, don't recommend

Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Dr. Cho & Dr. Merrit are AWESOME. ALL OF THE PREVIOUS DEROGATORY STATEMENTS ARE TRUE! I've had similar and even worst experiences that are way too long to post. Untrustworthy & definitely RUDE. The owners & management are even worse. Shame. Shame. Shame & very misleading/ deceitful.

Wonderful and very helpful dentists that don't try to steal all your money. Dr. Chu and Ms Amanda worked extra hard and made sure we were fine

They have a very experienced and friendly staff who make you feel welcome everytime and overall great prices definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable experience

This office is very clean and neat. Doctors really have everything under control. They really care about their patients and very friendly. I don't know why a lot of reviewers giving bad opinions about this office. I guess maybe they have changed doctors and front-desk receptionists. I have a good experience with them. Probably recommend to my folks.
