I like ice skating area. There are some good restaurants serving some good foods as well. In general, it is good.

Excellent place to buy Apple products, there are about 25-30 people serving during high season (Christmas), when I arrived the line was approximately 15 people, it took about 30 minutes for me to be served and to buy the product, the truth is super fast and easy the attention, I was surprised by the speed of the employees.

I never really had any pleasant experience in this store. First time I went for a pad, the employee there said they don’t have it then vanished without suggesting alternatives. Then went for home pod, had gen 1 on the shelf and upon questing, one said they do have gen 2 and while asked to help me with identify, said she’s with another customer. Why dafuq you’ve been talking to me the whole time then? Another guy stood me up saying another person will help me out but none showed up for another 5-10 minutes then another girl showed up and gave me the HomePod. Most of the employees there seemed chatting with group of ppl didn’t seem like everyone would buy everything but ignoring and neglecting actual/valid customers! I’ve been to different Apple stores in different and by far this one is the worst. I wish I’d get this from Best Buy as well like my other Apple products, I got the pod from there only because I was shopping at that mall and thought this time the experience might be better which was clearly not.

If you’re coming in to get your device fixed, you MUST have an appointment. I brought my AirPods in today to get them fixed. The technician who helped me, Cole, was very friendly and helpful. He explained the results of the diagnostic and answered all my questions.

The employees are very interested. I bought an iPhone 15, from there yesterday and despite the crowd, they were always very kind

Worst support ever. If you don’t know about your product then pushing customer that do this and do that means you doesn’t know how to fix your faulty devices.apple have changed from good to worst devices and reliability.

Rude and disrespectful employee and manager at this location.
Apple employee named Ben -didn’t give out last name- (Black, lanky guy with gold rim glasses) shoulder bumped into me while I was trying to get to my spot to do an order pickup. I had my back towards the guy and obviously I didn’t see him. When I told him I didn’t see him and said “my bad”, he started running his mouth. There were a couple of witnesses on my end that also backed my side of the situation telling the manager what actually happened.

The dude then came up and started running his mouth behind me insinuating it was my fault I bumped into him then proceeded to tell his coworker to delay my pick up saying, “tell him his order is gonna be another 80min”. I obviously wasn’t going to take the verbal abuse and immediately asked to speak to the manager. The guy who was helping me I guess was Ben’s friend and refused to contact the manager. So I had to go to find another employee for the request.
The manager finally came and started to apologize about the situation and didn’t he even do much about it in regard to writing up the employee or anything. He just stated that “he’s sorry about the treatment from his employee”. All the while Ben was behind us looking directly at me while running his mouth again getting riled up. He out loud told his manager to “Let me clock out and I’ll handle it”. Like seriously dude? I look at the manager and told him see what he’s is currently doing and the manager didn’t seem to care. At all.

During that time another customer and her husband came up to our conversation and told them that the employee was in the wrong and they told the manager what they saw happened. And that the whole thing wasn’t my fault whatsoever. He apologized to them and told them he was “going to take care of it”. Which really he didn’t do a thing.

I’m gladly going to contact corporate and make sure there’s solid record of Ben’s treatment of an Apple customer. If you come to this location look out for this guy. Cause I sure will.

As a devoted Apple enthusiast, my recent experience at this store has been utterly disappointing. The store manager, Chris, demonstrated unprofessionalism, provided unreasonable service, and contributed to an overall negative customer experience.

This Apple Store faces multiple issues, including a shortage of technical personnel and impractical 15-minute Genius Bar appointment slots. Today, my scheduled appointment was abruptly canceled without notification upon my arrival. Despite expressing willingness to accommodate, both the floor personnel and Chris claimed it was impossible.

When I suggested waiting after the current line, Chris outright denied the request. Furthermore, when questioned about the number of technicians available, Chris admitted to having no knowledge. A store manager should be professionally trained to understand the store's capacity and staffing levels at any given moment.

This experience has left me extremely disappointed. I urge the store to take immediate action on two fronts: ensure equitable treatment for all customers and evaluate qualifications to place only trained and qualified individuals in management positions. This feedback aims for positive change within the store's operations.

I recently had an encounter with Apple Support at this location m, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The manager was friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the initial support person I spoke to was quite rude and suggested upgrading to a new phone for a software glitch.

Despite the initial setback, the second support person I interacted with was more accommodating and resolved the issue within a reasonable timeframe. I believe there's room for improvement in the customer service approach of the Apple Support department, emphasizing friendliness and a customer-centric attitude. While the manager's assistance was appreciated, a consistent positive experience from the entire support team would greatly enhance customer satisfaction.

They don’t have all the knowledge an Apple representative should have.
Couldn’t get help on my ICloud issue.

It is really annoying not to be able to speak with someone who works in that store, the reason is “for security reasons” you call the store and first their robot answers and misdirects the call then someone probably in another country answers the call and gives you the wrong information. Having apple products is like being in a cult.

There were almost as many associates as customers in the store and noone was authorized to be able to actually sell me the item I was looking for. I spoke to 4 different people and each time it was "oh let me find someone" which never resulted in someone who could actually make a sale. Plenty of people just standing around not interacting with customers who must be getting paid to just make the store look busy as they didn't seem to have any function. Possibly the worst retail experience that could be imagined.

The staff inside steals your money by doing nail biting. Do not give your money in cash. Or give them by counting them one by one. Be careful

Tuesday Morning, you have an appointment and you still wait more than an hour to know that your Airpods are 4 days out of warranty and support specialist will not replace it without the hefty charge.
When I said that I am a loyal customer with multiple iphones, watches, iPads, and a very high end Macbook, the response from the specialist was, "yeah everyone else too is". I was like "Wow! "
That is the difference between "Amazon" and "Apple". Amazon stands apart on customer service. I wish they had the devices as good as to compete with Apple.
I'll be careful choosing Apple products going forward.
