This store customer service sucks! I literally drove a whole hour just to be turned away, I showed the guy I had an appointment and my confirmation and he turned me away saying he didn’t have me down for what I was coming, I explained to him I drove an hour for nothing. He said I’m sorry and walked away. So disrespectful and rude

Tried to go in to see the new iPads and was asked if I had a mask, when I said no she said let me get you one. I said no thanks, if I need a mask to come in then I’ll take my business elsewhere! This is illegal! Mask are not enforced any longer and Apple and Visible Changes don’t care and are enforcing it. They even had a police officer there.

I hate Apple. Lines are too long and service is too slow. Usually going for someone else since I don't have an apple. And never will.

My experience was good there. I brough a Macbook to repair. Austin was extremely helpful/friendly/simlpy a great advisor. Everything was quick and understandible. I give 4 stars only for quite a long waiting time, there are usually many people waiting at this location.

A complete pain to get anything done. Make an appointment to get in and they won't let you in until 5 minutes prior to appointment. We showed up literally 8 minutes before the appointment and were made to wait outside.

They need to remember WE are not Apple Geniuses and we do not ever fully understand how these devices work.

My tech Gilbert was great but the rest of the team was awful. The manager is unwelcoming, curt and arrogant. Other employees are short and arrogant too. I did not feel welcomed, in fact they all looked annoyed. All the employees look pissed off. Worst apple store.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at an Apple Store. Do not come here. You will be upset you ever bought this overpriced piece of machinery specially when no other retailers carry their laptop chargers.

Ive been there twice to have my phone done or to ask questions and mulitple times to just look around. Everytime ive been there, i left w a huge smile on my face. The employees are super nice, and easily approachable, and always have the answers that i need. (all though its normally pretty crowded) It seems every time i go there something good happens, and ive never been disapointed going there.

I went there to get my phone repaired. Most of the staff were just laughing and joking with each other while people waited. I was there to pick up my phone which they had already finished repairing. They still took 10 minutes and gave my phone only when I asked about it.

Mind you, this is not a review about the decision that they could not replace the battery, this is a review of the Service and the way they go about (or not) in determining who would qualify for their battery replacement campaign. They ran some diagnostic and determined that in fact my battery needed replacement. I got a notification that my battery was ready and that all I needed to do was to stop by and have them replace it. I went to this apple store on Thursday February 8th. I had called and got processed over the phone to have them replace the battery inside my Iphone 6. When I got there, a not very friendly rep asked me for my name and without much explanation ask me to show her my phone and showed me on her ipad some type of disclaimer and said I need to sign it. I did. She then looked at my phone and told me that I had a 'third party' screen and that if it were to damage during the replacement of the battery, they were not going to be responsible. I said.that was fine.
2 hours later, I came back.and was told that they did not replace my battery because I had a 'third party battery' installed on my phone. I said, yes. I had gone to Battery plus to have them replace my battery over a year ago, because the original Iphone Battery was sluggish. The tech told me that they can only work on phones that have an original Iphone battery inside. I said.why is it that nobody mentioned to me throughout the whole process. I refuse to believe that I am the first one that that has happened to. Making them waste their time and mine.
If this was a requirement.would that be one of the first things they would screen for?

BE AWARE! RIP-OFF — If your phone is defective even from the start, they will only replace it for one made with RECYCLED PARTS, and they won’t disclose that. I found out the next day when I went back to the Apple store from the store manager after they replaced my brand new phone that had a basically a manufacture problem. So instead of replacing my phone with a brand new phone like the Tech informed me they replaced it with a refurbished phone that's now over heating, freezing, and the battery is draining.they did not honor the Apple policy, even when I asked them to return my original phone to me and take back their recycled phone because that's not what I paid for, they said they can't do that! I paid a lot of money for my phone, only for Apple to take it back from me and replace it with a Re-manufactured phone? Although I called for support immediately after I found out from them about the used parts, and when I demanded a new unopened phone, they did not want to do it, with the excuse that the internal parts are recycled but still good. So, you pay for a new device, and they will rip you off with one that has used parts, but they still insist the phone is new because it is their Green Program. Customers believe we are given a new device. To top it off, they try to convince you that is OK as long as the phone works. 3 trips and 6 -hour wait for this.and hours on the phone with Apple support and still going. I have never thought that this kind of customer service could come from the Apple stores or support, I thought they're there to make things right, not to rip off people!
I don't understand how they are getting away in deceiving, lying, and ripping off their own customers, and more importantly, not honoring the Apple agreement!

Very disappointed with the service at the store. The person attended to me was Alex. He was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I went to have my battery change but after the changed Out, the receiver was not working, I can’t hear any sound unless I put it on speaker. Went back to Apple and they had the screen replaced FOC which I am grateful but they were not willing to replace my screen protector after the screen replacement. I am not asking for anything extra but just to make good the phone like before. Theway Alex responded as if I am trying to ask for freebie. It is chicken and egg here. If they did not damage the receiver when changed out the battery then I do not need a new screen and hence I do not need a new screen protector. I told him I don’t mind to use back my existing protector if he could fix it back. He took the old screen out and tore the screen protector on the screen out and wanted to hand it back to me. I told him to put it back on the phone for me and he refused. He said most screen protector is one time use. He cannot guarantees it will work. I told him the reason I bought Apple phone is because of the the support that supposedly come with it. I told him I don’t have any tools and I had never put on any screen protector myself. I saw how they did it at the Apple store when it was new, they clean the phone and put the screen protector through a Belkin Machine. How would then he expect me to put it back myself. I was very frustrated and upset. Finally he put it on for me but of course they were finger prints when he peeled it off.
I have been an iPhone user despite my whole family were samsung users. They have been pursuading to switch but because I am used to iPhone functions so always change back to iPhone but now I have decided no more iphone for me the next time I change phone.

Very disappointed at Apple, went there to get my phone fixed (shattered screen), went on my appointment day and said they couldn't fix my phone that day because of some issues on the back, went back the next day, they took my phone which was operational just with a shattered screen, after a 2 hr wait, they said they couldn't fix it because of water damage which was not true, and gave me back my phone only it was not working at all, I asked to speak to a manager and I spoke to Joel which was no help at all, I came out of there with a non-working phone. Personally, no more Apple products for me!

Upon entering the Apple Store you soon realize it is unlike any other store in Memorial City Mall. Store's ultra-modern and clean looks offers a museum-like ambiance to their high-end products. I have only visited this location a few times but found myself waiting a bit longer than usual on my last visit. I realized the young guy who was helping me was new and still learning the ropes and things didn't move as smooth and quickly as they should have. He was still very polite and had a genuine interest in helping me. It is important that you setup an appointment online before visiting the store for any service on your phone/pad/laptop. When setting your appointment make sure you list and describe all the problems and possible repairs needed on your device.

Went into store at 10: 30 in the morning to get my Iphone X fixed because of a line through the screen. It was an hour and a half wait just to talk to a rep to take the phone back. The rep that was doing the appointment said if I left I would be put in back of the que! About 2: 15 I asked if my phone was ready and the rep said it was ready 20 minutes ago! If you love crappy service and crappy phones this is the place to shop!

If you went there to purchase a phone you were in and out of there in 30 minutes!
