Got an oil change, ended up with an oil leak. Was told that it would be looked at to pinpoint where the leak was and if it could have happened during the oil change. That didn’t happen. My truck ended up being taken to where it’s usually serviced -Hearne Allen Samuels- to be looked at, then they call (Ive talked with the service manager as well as the general manager) and wanted me to bring my truck back in to do a diagnostic free of charge. It’s already being worked on at Allen Samuels. But, that should have been done when I brought it back in at first and like I was told it would be done. Customer service in the service department for the most part is trash. They tell you one thing and do another. Then the moment you go above their heads, everyone becomes rude. Ryan is about the only pleasant one (amongst the people I’ve had to deal with). My one review may not mean a thing to the Applesports corporation, but I’m still voicing my disgust about the way they handled this.
