Apple The Woodlands reviews
20 Do not go here. Took me 5 hours to get a friends phone repaired.
There slow, and ignore you.
Great customer service by Michael. Purchased a phone had a nice experience while doing it. My favorite apple location
Botched iphone 15 launch. Employees not trained, confused to lines.took 2.5 hours past appointment to get phone
Good product, terrible service. Bad, doing you a favor attitude from the manager, ”I am the manager, you need a sales specialist, to Jackie the sales specialist, who needed leave to get clarifications three times during our meeting, wrong answers, most unhelpful to Aron at check in, “ come back in 15-30 minutes and an hour later no contact. BAD ATTITUDES
I signed up free emoji class for my daughter. Instructor Justin was so nice and friendly and in no time make my daughter so comfortable to learn a new software.
I am going for one more free class to learn making music. Highly recommend.
Great experience picking up an online order here. RJ was really nice and helped me through the pickup process, then took the time to answer any questions that I had about my purchase.
David was an awesome Apple representative.
He assisted me, by diagnosing I had hardware issue, calling another iPhone store that carried the parts I needed and had notified them I was in route, to have my phone repaired.
Luckily I had my phone repaired by 10pm.
I can’t thank him enough for going ABOVE AND BEYOND, and making this repair successful.
The bad thing I could of had my phone repaired here, if this store’s management made sure it had a surplus of parts in inventory. It appears the person that verifies parts are in inventory, doesn’t keep up with inventory. This caused me drive an hour away to get a part this store SHOULD have in inventory….
This store is lucky to have personnel like David that works to help customers get complicated repairs done the same day!
Ugh. Horrific, simply horrific. The "coffee shoppe" mentality and approach to merchandise / product sales is a frustrating failure. On a Wednesday evening, 5: 25-5: 45 there are busy bodies, but no one available to assist in sales. I enter with a list of items and knowledge of what I wanted to purchase. The entire transaction process would have been less than 5 minutes. After 20 minutes of standing around, hoping, waiting for someone to show the slightest signs of availability, or interest in my presence, I left. The idea of migrating from a Google Ecosystem (Android) to the Apple Ecosystem was a careful calculation requiring much consideration on my behalf. My experience at this store "sealed the deal" and affirmed my dread in Apple's "Matrix".
After being ignored for more than 20 minutes of mindless drones shuttling about, I went to Best Buy and am pleased to continue my Android existence.
! Resist!
Told the employee I wanted to buy a phone, and told me to wait were the phones were, and never got attended.
They don’t allow customers to finance iPhone purchases, If they are not activating on one of the big 3 carriers. I have money to spend but they turned me away. Feels like anti-competitive behavior to me.
Very disappointing visit today. Associates standing all over the place looking at each other, but no one evidently able to help me spend my
$. All ready to upgrade my IPhone, but don’t have all day for them to get around to me. Was finally “paired up” with another customer who knew nothing about the phone, accessories, etc so walked out.
Today Travis helped us on the store. I wanted to see if I could find an email address in apple so I can share how awesome he is. I was at the store with my mom and Travis was very detailed and carefully explained all processes that we needed. He clearly wanted us to understand and despite all the heavy traffic in the store was very detailed and caring of my mom's concern. I really appreciate all the associates including the technicians; they are doing an amazing job. I am not an apple customer but the experience made me understand why people like working with apple!
Completely fxxxed up store. These folks have made a mess of this place. Many of these jerks keep talking to each other while customer wait like fools.
I’ve never had a bad experience here. The Apple team is always there to help in any way with smiling faces. Love how it’s very organized yet feels comfortable to be there. It’s always fun looking at new gadgets and exploring what’s new.
Took the phone for battery replacement. Kept it for a day and returned with a stripped screw without replacing the battery.
Totally disappointing experience from a store like Apple. What a terrible customer service!
Love Apple! My suggestion so you don’t get frustrated is make an appointment. They are always helpful and just wonderful.
No help at all! Reset recovery time frame is unreasonable for the amount of days to recover. Checked in and they told me they could help me but will be 1.5 wait. I explained everything when checking in to wait 2 hours for them to tell me they can’t do anything. Ethan the manager wouldn’t even provide his last name bc it was policy that Apple didn’t have to. Pay lots of money for these devices that no one could help. A swelling battery is their issue not mine.
I went to the store at woodlands to fix the camera lense for my phone, the associate told me they will charge 499 to change everything, I told them the phone came like this because I haven’t dropped it or did anything. Then they called the manager and the manager was so rude and he was blaming me for the broken phone even though the phone came like that. He was showing so much attitude to me. Remember it’s woodlands Apple Store manager.
Terrible customer service at Apple today. I had my iPhone 13 Pro repaired last week for a broken back, requiring disassembling/reassembling the phone. The technician assured me it would be properly sealed and fully water resistant like a new phone (IPS68: 6 meters/30 minutes). I tested the phone for 5 minutes in 6" of water. The phone failed and powered off after a few hours. Now, at the store, I'm being charged for the replacement. I spoke with the store manager, Luke, but he refused to waive the fee. It was a simple request: The phone was not properly repaired, so I should not be charged and additional fee. Do better!
It is an average apple store and staff is not so helpful. Stood there for a long time before anyone asked me even if i need help. Not a good customer service experience at all.
