They lied for over 3 hours about being on their way. Never showed up! Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache, stress, and time by looking elsewhere! They deserve 0 stars!

Very helpful, friendly, professional. Saved us a lot of time and expense by boosting our car to drive it home and avoid towing costs.

It took a very long time for the tow truck to arrive (1.5 hours+) but once he arrived he made quick work of loading the car and towing it. He even parked it for me in my tricky driveway. Capable, safe and courteous

I watched him do what he does every day. Soon we were underway, by the time we arrived at Penske it was like old friends helping one another. I waited approximately 4 hours (11: 30 pm to 3: 30 am). Two prior companies were no shows and my insurance company stated that they were going to file complaints against them. However, APPLE TOWING showed up and saved the morning. Their worker was punctual and very professional. I appreciate the service that was rendered.

They did a great job of showing up on time and taking my car where it needed to go without any issue! Solid service!

My car wouldn’t start so the driver got in my car and started it for me. He looked at my indicator lights on my dashboard and gave me ideas on what the problem could be. Once he got my car to start I decided to drive it to my car dealership for service. I was nervous that it may cut off again while driving so he volunteered to follow me to the car dealership incase it did cut off and he could help me again. Very nice, professional tow truck driver. I will use them again.
