Applebee's Grill + Bar, Palmhurst TX

I love Applebee's but the one in this location is lacking professionalism. We sat there the girl took our order and brought out our appetizers 5 minutes after we order them and they were cold, which had me thinking it was from a previous order. And then she just left off, didn't leave us napkins nor utensils. We tried getting her attention several times to let her know and she never payed attention to us. She then came with the food and still no utensils. I had mentioned it to her and she didn't even apologize just left to get some, mind you she took at least 10 min to come back. Worse experience ever!

The side salads are good! The entree was heat hot & delicious! The waitress was very attentive. They even turned the TV to our game we was interested in. Thank-you!

Good food. We moved tables after we requested it and the server brought the food but didnt inform me who my new server would be so I sat there with my food for awhile until I took initiative and investigated who that was and finally got my silverware. Other than that

Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because our server was very busy, but he did try his best to give us excellent service.

The only thing I didn't like was that none of the servers were wearing a mask.but service and food were good

Just wish the music wasn't so loud. Also, we sat in a booth and the seats are broken so we fell into them.

Worse place to get serves from this waiter. She made a big tip of this table and we go here waited 15mins and another waiter had to ask her if she was going to wait our table.mind you she past us 4x and just looked and walked. Talk about poor poor waiter skills. Thanks to the waiter that ask her he took our table. (Oh yea and she goes outside to vape with a friend that brings her a vape but not quick to waiter people)

Love the French onion soup. Wish they had larger bowl options as a meal choice. Or even pints or quarts to go.

This is the third time I got food poisoning from the wings. I wish I learned the first two nights not to order them. Will probably come back here again though.

I rarely go out to eat anymore because I have gotten bad service almost every time. This place was great! They were quick to our table and brought drinks right away, gave us time to order but didn’t leave us waiting forever. We didn’t have to ask for the basics like napkins or utensils! The server was really nice, and the food was hot. Best dining experience I have had in a really long time!

Food is good, restaurant is clean, waiters/waitresses are friendly.but I've been here a few times and have waited a while after being seated for the waiter/waitress to come to our table.

Had bartender put in our order, his shift ended and left forgetting to put our order in. The next bartender said sorry but didnt offer us any comps. Not recommended.

The server with blue hair really gave my family bad service from placing knives/forks/plates and an alcoholic drink in front of my 1 year old baby, only appearing when taking the order and dropping off food, to just her talking in the back while we were there waiting. The other server Mark (who was not my server) is what brought me better service. From noticing me trying to call my server for straws to passing way more than my server. He was the one to help get my transaction and get me out. Next time I will be asking for him. He’s genuine. And to the server that came from her tables to give my baby a sticker, you made her time she smiled and played a lot with it!

Nothing like great specials on great food in these crazy times.

Well its been a while since I have not review Applebee's and I feel is necessary to check in once in a while so new customers can get an idea of the quality of service. This time I had a good dinner with family. The restaurant was in really good shape. Tables were cleaned and ready to receive customers. Restrooms were cleaned. Windows and floors were nice and cleaned as well. Over all the place was doing real good. Our hostess guided us to our table and introduced us to our waitress and we began with an entry and drinks. Then we ordered our food and the food was amazing. It had this nice fresh recently prepared look and feel, that many restaurants would envy. The presentation of the dish was as describe by photos and narrative on the menu. Our waitress kept checking on us and we had an amazing family time. Always looking forward to another visit. To the manager or managers, congratulations on a great performance. I will be posting photos for people to appreciate the different dishes.

The building itself is a beautiful somewhat new building; unfortunately it is being neglected and is showing signs of being run down. It really needs a good cleaning. There is so much that cleaning would improve. The staff does minimal cleaning after a table is vacated. I found a balled up napkin left by the ketchup bottle and food crumbs on the table.

Good nice service. Food takes a little too long to come out, but it's good. Based on my experience, they need to work on their stakes cuts. Every other plate I've ordered has been great
