Applebee's Grill + Bar, Forney TX

Katelyn is hands down the best server! Very polite and gave good recommendations. Everything turned out perfectly and I will be coming back to see her!

I've only been to this location twice in the 2 years I've lived here, and haven't been impressed. The last time will definitely be my last. After we were seated I noticed other patrons that came in after us were already acknowledged or their orders taken in the 15 minutes we waited for waitstaff. I then asked the bartender who sat us if we were going to be served at all. He shrugged his shoulders, which I took to mean I don't know. As I came back our table I noticed the hostess was cleaning the table next to ours. So i asked her if anyone was working our table. She also shrugged her shoulders and then asked a nearby waiter the same thing. He also didn't know. At no time was any effort made to offer or find service. I'm guessing business is that good you don't have to put forth any effort? Bummed, I always liked Applebees food over Chili's. But if they aren't going to serve, they, what are you supposed to do?

The Boneless chicken wings I requested wasn't available I asked for the bone in chicken and I was told I could not substitute the bone in chicken wing for the boneless chicken wing, it had to be chicken tenders in which they came out with barbecue sauce on them after I told her the waitress I wanted my sauce on the side they came out cold and over cooked the the mozzarella sticks was cold the mozzarella sauce was stiff like it was frozen the only thing was good was the Christmas swirl margarita

I was very hesitant coming to this location, I have had some very bad experiences with Applebees and their customer service in the past. My families waitress, Katelyn, was absolutely without a doubt the BEST server I have ever had. My drinks were always full, and my food was cooked to perfection! I will come here all the time after my great experience! Thank you Katelyn!

Ordered a cheeseburger to go. Hamburger meat was so dry and overcooked it was ridiculous. Bun was burnt and tomoto was green. It's so crazy to pay good money for this place. Fast food would be cheaper and far more appetizing! Please just dont bother.

Workers are great! Your glass is never empty at the bar with a bartender. Let a manager get behind that bar however. The service drastically decreases! Again the servers and bartenders are awesome! Without a great management team too though. I fear they won't get the support they need and deserve!

My meal was fantastic! I haven't eaten here in so long. Everything was perfect. I didn't need salt, pepper, or steak sauce. Just perfect! Seriously

Bad place we waited for more then a hour and they said there's no people working to help really we like this place and the person with the blonde hair said we have to leave no place to sit there was lots of chairs no one is sitting

I felt very itchy and dirty…. Booths dirty, tables dirty, walls dirty, ceilings dirty & plates looks old.
Booths are damaged, place needs a good upgrade.

The place is great, the managers are super nice, service is fantastic, food was cooked to order so all in all a good place.

Man this place is Filthy I went to pick up my order the floor was nasty the tables were nasty and I went back to the to go order place in the kitchen with nasty you guys better be careful eating at this applebee's

I was drinking my BLUE HAWAIIAN LONG ISLAND and then a saw something floating and it turns out it was a fly. I was disappointed I preferred to stop eating and leave the premises. I understand that in a restaurant you cannot be 100% free of fly or cockroaches even if you clean all the time but please make sure at least the drinks or food don’t come with any surprises.

Applebee's in Forney has certainly earned the name Crapplebee's! The food was fair, but the service is terrible. When I first arrived, there was no one at the bar, so I had to wait 5 min. The bartender waited until 12: 08 A. M.to inform me that I had to finish a full glass of wine immediately. I told her that I will bring her the glass in 5 min, which I did, and to give me more more time in the future.

The place restroom was clean, the food was hot but my ribs was a lil on the burnt side. The guy that took the order wasn't on point though. Over all I might go back.

Macy was a very attentive, friendly and a very on-point waitress she really took care of us he gave exceptional customer service.

Service was prompt, but was not really sure who the server was. French Onion soup tasted like it was missing the actual soup. Tea was watered down and devoid of flavor. Otherwise, our food was good. The Applebee's in Terrell is far better, worth the extra 10 minute drive.
