Applebee's Grill + Bar, Longview TX

First time eating at Applebee's and I have to say that it will be the last. The restaurant was all but dead but it took almost 45 min to get our appetizer and another 10 to get our food. Our server got not only our drink order wrong but our food orders as well. We were constantly waiting on refills even though there were very few people in there.

Food was nothing to really be happy about.it was average. We had the chicken wings, and fries were the best part.
Service was great, and the atmosphere was great, nice, and cool temperature wise.
Lots of TVS for them sports advocates.

The 3 for 30 or 35.00 the steak was the end piece, gristle ran all through it. Service was great, had this before very good but this time, made me say humm

Racist staffs. Nobody greeted us when we were there. Waited for 15 mins to get seated. Nobody came in to take our orders so after waiting for 30 mins we left. This is how you make your customer feel Applebees! Worst restaurant that i have ever been.

We are a Large family, 5 children & 3 Adults. It took them a moment to get us all settled in at tables together but once they did, everything was OUTSTANDING! Highly recommend this restaurant. Food was fantastic and EVERYONE thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Can't wait to go back!

It was way too hot to enjoy anything. Most of the food wasn't any good. Couldn't keep drinks filled (had to ask everytime). Took most of the food home because it was to hot and we had to warm up the food. Not enough workers. Had to ask for the check three times. (The thing on the table to pay wouldn't work) I will never go back!

I would give no stars if I could. We walked in at 1038pm and wasn't seated. Stood at the door for over 5 minutes and watched the hostess stand at the bar talking to a customer. Was seated by another server and was sat in a area where NO ONE else was sitting. Sat in a booth for almost 15 minutes before leaving and going to Chili's across the street and was IMMEDIATELY greeted and seated. There were 3 servers on their phones looking out the window watching us leave

Waitress didn't deliver a requested item as she was too busy doing other things and distracted from waiting on us properly.

Where do I start.had to use the restroom when I first got there. BIG MISTAKE. There was there smell of sewage and fragrance spay.gag worthy.food was just ok.mashed potatoes was from a box.waitress sucked.not attentive at all.

This place is awful.the chips taste like burnt oil. The coleslaw was awful, the spinach artichoke dip had no cheese.the garlic mash potatoes were just bland.

I ordered from here last night on the app. DoorDash picked up and delivered my order. Something was wrong so I called the local store. The girl was so helpful and nice. She contacted DoorDash to have the missing items replaced. After a long time and having no one show up I called back. She said the replacement order was picked up a long time ago and should have been to me already. Then she took my address and said she had an employee that volunteered to deliver my meal to me this time due to all the trouble. I am so grateful and will continue to come here.

I love how they stay on top of their priorities of their customers and served fresh hot food with reasonable and affordable prices

I already love everything about my local applebees, but 2day I had loaded mashed potatoes with my entree, and when my fork split them, OMG! Way 2 go, Applebees! The sour cream filling fills it perfectly with flavor. I love it! Keep doin what you're doin'!

We were there not realizing it was Cinco de Mayo. Even tho was packed. We were able to get a sit right away. We got the appetizer trio that was 17.99, we were expecting that the waitress would recommend us the specials. The appetizers were 5$ that night but, no offer. It was great tho. My husband liked the wingd so much he got more. I got the margarita which was 5 dollars that night was so good. Server wasn't at our table till 15mins later. Kinda frustrating but, we eventually got our order. We ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo and my husband the wings. Everything was hot when we got it. But over all it was good.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Dining area was empty and dirty. Ask to be seated and was told to wait. She returned about 5 minutes later and stated the wait for a table would be 45 minutes… Will never return ….

We love sitting at the bar, it's always an A+ experience with Justin as our bartender! He's awesome, attentive, and fun to talk to! We usually get the boneless honey BBQ wings and it's always a good choice to have with our drinks
