The service was good but the food sucked the chicken was no flavor the shrimp was just garbage and the steak had to sent back

I ordered the chicken strips and would equate them with strips from a fast food place. Edible but nothing special. I tasted my niece's pretzel sticks and they were nothing special either. It is convenient to the interstate which is it's best selling point.

The store is outdated and you will feel it when you sit in a booth. Food was horrible and no pride was taken in making it. Refills far between. You have to be desperate to eat there in my opinion.

Apon arriving we were greted in a timely manner quickly brought to a table. But the booth we got had badly ripped carpet under it and the setting felt broken also. The sever got to our table and was very nice and got our drinks and took our oder i ordered the bourbon chicken and it was under seasoned but it was an easy fix i did myself which made it ok. My husband ordered a bourbon steak with potatoes and cheesy broccoli the broccoli had no cheese and the steak was under seasoned and undercooked i asked for well done and received a medium steak then the waiter went to get us a new one cooked and this time by the chef and it was the same result undercooked. Then we just asked for the ticket and paid 1/2 the cost for the steak and as we left the waiter told us the food all day had been problematic and he apologized.

I've been in here a couple times and it's pretty much always the same. The last time, my very simple order had to be sent back twice and it still wasn't correct. Food was bland. Barely saw our waitress. Took forever to be seated with tons of open tables. One single diner that had been waiting longer than everyone else finally had to ask why larger parties were being sat before her. They acted like they had completely forgotten her while she was standing right there the whole time.

Server seemed new, didn't ask us for refill on drinks. Food was good and didn't take long.

Go see Virginia at the bar. Professional, courteous and personable. She's a great asset to that restaurant.

Don't use the automated system for ordering. It cancels your order in the middle of ordering. Very frustrating gave up and just walked over to order.

Unfortunately, as much as I wanted to give the place the benefit of the doubt. Against my better judgment, I returned after saying I would never.last time I went the food came out cold and every plate was 20 minutes apart. Well, this was no exception. When we got there, we seemed to be headed in the right direction.was seated almost right away.great! Wasn't shortly after that we ordered drinks, nice! 20 minutes later our waitress walks by our table and sees us and says, " oh! They're still making your drinks. " 1 water, 1 lemonade 1 sprite.
I say ok, no problem. 5 minutes later here comes the drinks. My lemonade was water with a lemon squeeze.clearly not LEMONADE. OK NO WORRIES. I kindly just ask for water because that makes me realize they don't have lemonade. No biggie.then 2 of our 3 plate come out (burgers w/fries). My meat was raw. I tried to eat it.but it was just too much. I asked our waitress for our silverware and napkins.which we should have had on our table when we got there, but ok.well.when our 3rd dish came out about 35 minutes later I was upset.one dish was finished, one raw and un eaten a last person left to eat alone. I ask for a to go plate for the last dish and kindly spoke to our waitress telling her how disappointed I was in our visit there. She had mentioned that they were busy.this and that.but truth is they dropped the ball from the very beginning and all night. Maybe I was that one.but I really don't think so with our previous history. So needless to say, we won't be going back. Which sucks because our town has nothing and nowhere to eat.so we are limited. But, you live and learn, I guess. Hopefully that establishment can pull it together. I don't care how busy or how this or that.good service is in the little things like promt drinks, napkins, silverware, quick table visits to check on the customers.change is inevitable, growth is optional.

I wanted to give the curbside server Sierra a shout out. She’s been one of the best I’ve had from Applebees! Well done!

My friend and I went here to eat a late lunch. My friend is disabled and cannot walk very far. Brittney our server was very accommodating from the moment we hit the front door. Brittney sat us at the closest booth by the front door. She had a very good attitude. Food and drinks were great! Wonton tacos and grilled chicken plate were amazing! Refills were given. A very great experience. Brittney helped us from start to finish! We will be back!

It was Applebee's. Our table really needs refinishing, felt sticky. The booth seats need to be replaced. I got quite the surprise sitting on that spring, not cool.
Server did well.

We popped in for a late dinner last night. I quickly realized our waitress, Bessie, was stretched a little thin & thought this quick dinner may take take a while. I was wrong, we had phenomenal service! The drinks were returned immediately. The food was promptly right behind them & tasted great! She was very attentive & prompt to take care of us.

Excellent job Bessie & Applebees!

Food was ok. They forgot to give us utensils so we could eat the food. Literally had to eat it with our hands and fingers.

I started with an incredibly tasty frozen margarita then a salad. The ingredients were very fresh and crisp. For the entree, I recommend the 6 oz sirloin, medium rare. It was seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the sides were equally delicious. Our server was phenomenal, too.
