I woke up one morning to a dishwasher leak, 2 months after moving into our new home. I called 3 different appliance repair places and no one could help me within the week. I emailed and called John, and he was absolutely professional and HONEST. He actually directed me over the phone what to do to stop the leak and potential fixes for the issue. Thanks to him, we were able to solve the problem and I am so appreciative of his willingness to offer advice! I will definitely use him in the future.
John was very prompt getting back with me over a text I sent him. I own a moving company out of Colorado. We moved a customer down to Springtown Tx. Their dryer top was damaged. John with Appliance handyman was amazing at returning my call and getting me a quote. John was very knowledgeable and happy to help. John is amazing. We had an appointment set up for Thursday and he had a cancellation the day before and actually called us to see if we wanted him to come out earlier. Pretty awesome. John knows his stuff and provides you a complete diagnostic of all the issues and is upfront and honest about options and recommendations. Cannot recommend him enough. Thanks again John!
