I needed a new dryer. So I found these guys online. So I went to check it out. I was able to finance a new dryer fairly easily. Was able to get it delivered the same day was very happy about that. Alex went out of way to get me my new dryer and take my old one for me. Very happy about that.

The employees there are friendly and respectful! Not only did he understand my need for speed on my items he helped me find what I was looking for at a much cheaper price than I had found somewhere else. Saved me about $2 grand and I am getting my items in less than a week

My misfortune with Home Depot led me to this place, and let me tell you, it was a colossal mistake. Sure, it's pricier, but desperation for a fridge drove me to this seemingly regrettable decision. The customer service was a joke – a bad one. I felt like I was stuck in a loop, constantly getting the runaround.

Then, on the day of the supposed delivery, guess what? No show, not a peep of a call. Eventually, after what felt like an eternity, the product arrived the same day after a drive up to the store to find out what was going on. I eagerly peeled off the sale sticker, only to unveil a nasty surprise – deep scratches that were conveniently hidden. Talk about a scam!

Save yourself the agony and avoid this place.

Brand new in box or gentle cosmetic imperfections, with same manufacturer warranty you get at the big stores, just none of the delay and hassle. Our deep freeze decided today was the day to go out. After searching and calling all the usual big brand stores and getting the same (not in stock, we can order it, it’s at the warehouse can have it here in a couple of days) answer, I happened upon this place. And could not be happier. Quickest, easiest appliance purchase ever. Highly recommend.
