Vic Appliance King is the best at working with your budget and getting you next day delivery! I walked in needing a refrigerator, was able to walk out with a refrigerator and a deep freezer in my budget. He had everything In-Stock.

Had issues with a water heater so I spoke with Victor and he got the issue resolved fast. They issued me a new water heater no questions asked and I have hot water. I have to say Appliance Outlet does take care of their customers and I will be back soon to get a washer and dryer.

Good service in store but once your out the door ur not their problem not impressed with brand new washer broke a month after purchase service people took another month to get back with us. When they did finally come they ordered the parts but wouldn’t repair the problem themselves.

Although we didn't buy anything because I wanted something specific (used washer, they only sell new appliances) I was impressed with this place. Definitely good customer service, that's very important to me. If I ever need something brand new, I'm definitely coming to this place.

Came in looking for a dishwasher had some great looking options for a fair price. Dalia was very patient and kind in assisting me with my selection.

Bought a electric dryer and was sent a gas dryer on first delivery, i work out of state so i had someone recieve the replacement.unfortunately they didn’t inspect it and it turned out being a USED dryer that i paid 1k for. Never got a call back. Dont recommend this place at all.

Bought a fridge. Ice maker doesnt make ice. It has a 1 year warranty. Good luck getting a person that speaks clear english to answer the phone. Good luck getting them to give you a date when they will come fix your $1,080 fridge that you purchased less than a month ago. When you are able to get them on the phone they ask you for information that was never given to you. Or rush you to get off the phone without giving you any information. Really wish I had gone somewhere else. Dont waste your money here. I will never got back.

Service was okay. Couldn't get a time on delivery, so was having to stay home all day. Then washer leaked because the installer didnt level it, had to wait another day to get that resolved, and did not get a manual with washer.
Was seriously disappointed with pricing, as they stick it to you in install prices.

I'm going back here to get appliances. The young man working was swamped with people. His name was David.

Super expensive. Wanted 1700 for a washer, dryer and fridge. So i bought all 3 from home depot for 1k.

David and Victor were great. They helped me find a washer and dryer for my mom and got me financing which wasn't planned at all. Great place and helpful staff. Two thumbs up.
