Incredible fabrication of when parts will be in. It’s seems every rep I speak to over the last two weeks indicates the part will be in in two days. Still no parts and my recommendation. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH LIARS!

I called for part by phone 2 days ago didn't ask them to hold it but when I got to the store it was $20 more then I was originally quoted. I will not be shopping here ever because dishonest people working there.

There are still good guys in the world and you can find them here! Called and got right through, they had what I needed, but I knew I would be a few minutes late and asked if they could accommodate. Came in and they had it waiting. Excellent service!

Needed a capacitor for my A/C condensing unit after the storms and power outages. Of course nobody sells these parts to the public; especially on a Saturday; no time to wait for Amazon either. Enter APD! In stock and ready to go! Y’all are a huge savior to all of us DIY-ers.

Super friendly, knowledgeable staff! They took extra care to answer our questions thoroughly, and told us we didn't need a full dryer heater element replacement ($150), but rather a $10 part would do the trick. Not many companies out there are that honest, so I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for appliance parts- from expert to first time DIY.

It was pretty busy, but they got to me quickly and had me out the door. I couldn't get anyone on the phone, but I checked the website and saw they had my part. Quicker than online and quite possibly cheaper.

Great place, good prices. Anytime I call I'm either on hold forever or they forget about me on the phone.
At that point I just go in and get what I need. Glad they usually have the parts I need.

This is my first time going to the appliance depot and I have to say they had my part and were very quick to put it in will call! These guys were sharp and knowledgeable! I would call them again for a part I need for any of my appliances!

I have been there several times in the past, and it's always been with the same result. They've always had the part in stock and the staff was very helpful explaining things. Excellent service from Amy and wonderful staff! Had no idea they were in town. I took dishwasher and dryer parts in for help. They tested what they could and had everything I needed and the knowledge. Will be coming back here for sure!

Very busy place. They take their time with customers so you aren't rushed, but it means you have to wait longer to be helped. Very friendly and courteous staff and we'll stocked inventory.

9 out of 10 times APDepot has the part I need in stock and if they don't, they'll get it, Fast! Friendly staff and a convenient location. They even have a drive up Will Call window.

Recommended by a friend - I had trouble finding parts for my refrigerator - they had them in.stock! Also fast customer service!

WE use APD all the time Amy is the best she is always very helpful and available anytime we need her assistance. She makes things happen! I would recommend them to anyone.

Ive been buying parts from these guys for over 10 years. From the top (management) to the parts counter crew, APD guys and gal (Amy) are the best in San Antonio and South Texas. The staff (parts counter crew) are knowledgeable and friendly to me every time i visit which is almost every other day. This is the parts house you want to support cause they are that good.
