Nathan did a professional job fixing the ice maker in my Samsung side-by-side refrigerator after my plumber could not.

Ruben was incredibly professional, helpful, and described the process needed to make repairs thoroughly. He worked diligently to help me make choices that were financially beneficial (either repair or buy new). Beyond courteous. Cleaned up after himself. Allowed me the time to clean up the mess the leaking washer had made. He's a great soul. I will be a customer of Asurion as long as he is working with them.

If he goes and does his own thing, I'll follow the work ethic, kindness, and professionalism Ruben displays.

What great customer service and Rueben called before he came over as promised. He was very kind and professional and was able to diagnose the problem with my front loader washer during his visit. He cleaned everything out and spent extra time educating me on how to keep the debris and buildup from occurring in my washer. Can’t remember the last time someone spent time educating me on how to maintain an appliance. The price for the repair was very reasonable as well. Thank you Rueben for being so professional and kind! Great customer service does still exist!

I called to schedule a privately source warranty claim on my Samsung washer and dryer. I choose to go with this company instead of the one my warranty company selected due to the reviews. I called at 9am and explained to them I would need a extremely detailed invoice of the diagnostic service and any estimated repair costs including parts and labor as my warranty company would need them to determine if the repair cost was worth it or if they needed to replace it. The representative said that would be no problem and that they could have someone out between 1-5pm same day. Was up front about diagnostic fees and got me scheduled. My tech Alan arrived early, was very professional and quick to pull things apart, he informed me my dryer motor was going out and needed to be replaced. That I once replaced the vibrating would stop. He also informed us the shaking on the spin cycle of our washer was due to the shocks being worn out and needed to be replaced. Despite only owning these for 16 months! Unfortunately the repair costs were more than 80% off my original purchased price so warranty company could not approve repair costs. When I called asurion call center to get a detailed diagnostic invoice as the one I received in my email wasn't detailed. I was told they couldn't provide me with anything other than their standard invoice. I explained I madeit clear when booking I would need a detailed invoice and assured it wasn't a problem. Their only offered solution because I was making a (special request) was to request a supervisor to contact me to discuss it and theyd take 24-72hrs.which isn't realistic for a family of 5 who need to do laundry. In pleaded multiple times for them to write up a cost of repair slip so I could submit it to my warranty company. And they were no help with resolving this issue despite telling me they would provide me with a detailed invoice. I ended up calling my tech Alan and asking him if he could help me out with my situation. To which he was quick to say of course and had a proper detailed invoice emailed to me. If it wasn't for HIS kindness and understanding I DREAD to think of how long the customer service team would have dragged it out. Thank you again to Alan my warranty company accepted his email and promptly approved my diagnostic reimbursement same day.as well as offer me options to replace my broken appliances today instead of it being dragged out waiting for Asurion office staff to submit requests to another department for a simple invoice that may or may not get approval to be written up by supervisor in a 24-72hrs time frame. So then I could wait even longer to get a resolution with my warranty company. Customer service like I recieved from asurion today is very frustrating and unfortunate when I had such amazing customer service from their repair tech.

They were able to send a technician the next morning after our refrigerator stopped working. Allan was friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. We appreciated the quick response and advice on a replacement.

Ruben fixed the umfixable oven! He is the best service agent I have ever had for any of my appliances, and I will call him if I ever need repairs again. Now I can spoil my children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren with any food requiring an oven!
