Rude! Called to order something from their website and the lady was super rude over the phone.would never call on them again.

I used 1-800 Flowers to place a delivery for my sister's birthday.
It was supposed to come yesterday, and I received a random email that there was an issue with my order. Called 1-800 flowers- the merchant wanted $15 more dollars. Not on me, I picked and paid for what I wanted at the price listed. I guess 1-800 Flowers fixed it with them and they were to deliver today. I received another random email that a delivery attempt was made and the recipient was not there. The recipient was at home at the time and I called to inquire as to what made them think she was not there? She did have a call from there but when she called it back, they were already CLOSED. Whether SHE answered the call or not, however, what does this have to do with delivering an item to an intended destination? They are paid for and do not need to he signed for, so why wouldn't you bring them out? How do you know there was not someone else at the residence waiting on the flowers, such as myself? So you did not attempt a delivery, you attempted a CALL (which the first call out I pointed out that they actually did not call the correct number). 1-800 Flowers tried to make it right, but I requested a refund. The laziness and lack of communication is not for me and I can't support it.

Called to ask a question about mums, and the lady that answered the phone was very rude and instantly cut me off before i could even ask my question.

I just called and asked if they still do an arrangement that is currently posted in their website I was told no and hung up on while I was still talking. Not only was this very rude and unprofessional but if she had taken a minute to let me speak or even ask what I was needing this for she could have made a sale. I am not picky and was simply looking for a thank you bouquet of some sorts. This place will never get my business nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.

I called this Florist at the last minute to order flowers for my dear sister. I had been so upset, I had forgotten to order flowers. The lady there was so nice and helpful. She made sure I got what I needed in time. Thank you so!

The owner is a very sweet lady. We had her make 3 arrangements for my grandmothers funeral and they were absolutely beautiful. This was the first time using this flower shop but after the amazing experience we had this will be who we use from now on!

I ordered an arrangement that showed it coming with a flowered watering can. It came but without the container. I was disappointed and called they mentioned this particular florist did not carry that container and offered me a nice discount. I believe that the flowers they chose were some of the prettiest I have ever ordered and after five days still look beautiful! I ordered a different container to put them in and it turned out to be the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever ordered my Mother! I would give them a five if not for the container which in turn is not their fault. Thank you for the gorgeous flowers!
