Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Cypress

We unfortunately didn’t have a great experience with Aqua Tots- Cypress. My son is 3 years old and multiple times he would attend his lesson with 3 other toddlers with one instructor. That is 4 toddlers- to 1 instructor. The children sit down in the water on a ledge and wait until there turn. The instructor had a child in her hands, back facing the other children and my son fell off the ledge and was fighting to stay afloat and ended up going down completely underwater almost drowning. Me and my husband ran around to grab our son out of the water, at the time we got to him the instructor realized and grabbed him and pulled him above water. This was completely unacceptable. Your never take your eyes off the children. This was completely traumatized to all of us especially my son. He refuses to get back in the water as he is now terrified. We will continue to work with him and hopefully get him back in the water. The staff at this location did nothing to make the situation right. I would not recommend this facility nor put my children’s life back in there hands.

This place is great. The front desk always remembers my daughter’s name. The instructors are friendly and they have done a great job. She’s been there almost two months and has made a huge leap already in her swimming prowess. I like the rapid rate at which she is progressing and I credit the instructors for doing such a good job. I’m impressed. They’re very friendly and accommodating also which is bonus points.

I love this place! The staff are friendly and attentive, all the kids seem happy, and they work with everyone really well.

We couldn’t have been have happier with our experience at Aqua-Tots. My 4 and 6 year old attended lessons for 1 year and are both confidently and safely swimming. They both know all the strokes and made a competitive swim team after completing level 8 and participating in a few weeks of their swim team prep class. Definitely worth the money!

My daughter has been attending the school for over a month and I wish I could give them more than five stars.
My daughter used to be scared of the water and now we are absolutely happy to see how much she has learned!
There's not enough words that I can say about Coach Kelvin, he is beyond any expectations a parent can have, he is so patient and he's always doing anything he can to make my daughter feel comfortable. He is very professional and we can see how he's always going the extra mile to make the class entertaining.
The staff is friendly and they know my daughter by her name. Any questions or any concerns get addressed very quick, they are the best!
If you were thinking about signing your kids up here, let this be your sign! You won't regret it!

Showed up for practice after leaving work early. Paid. Signed in. Daughter got in the water then they came and told us we had to have masks on or we had to leave. All three kids are very upset. It would have been nice if they told us when we called or at least when we got there. But instead they waited until we were already there for 20 minutes.

It's a great staff that is taking great care with making sure we can still do swimming lessons while undergoing Covid constraints.

Paige Kemper and Quianna Ard are both awesome swim instructors. They both offer their own unique style of teaching each student on how to swim.

Brought my son here and I could not be happier with our experience! Highly recommend you check this place out if you have a tot of your own

I believe her name is Essence, she is hands down the best at this location, she is kind caring and attentive to all the children's needs. Highly recommend her to anyone going for the 1st or the 50th time

Me and my family love Aqua-Tots Cypress! I have seen my oldest to move all the way to the last level. This school is simply amazing, I love that there is respect from trainers to children, no wasting time during classes, always start on time, they never cancel classes due lack or trainers, pool and installations exceptionally clean, water in a perfect temperature always.but my favorite part is the staff. They are Always smiling and any question or concern get addressed very quick. I just love this place! I almost forget to mention that we had 3 birthday parties in here and it has been the best place so far to have a party. Again Staff was amazing! Manager is just amazing! Everything on time, clean, nice and so helpful the entire party. Helping serving, cleaning, etc. I Highly recommend this school for families looking no to waste their money getting to get your kids to learn to swim or having a birthday party!

Thought this location and staff were great! We learned a ton in our classes - my son was in Minnows 2 - the mommy and me class. He grew so much in our 8 sessions (twice a week for 1 month)!

This place is very unorganized there is no instruction. Aqua-tots is a complete waste of time. I took both my boys there and the experience was horrible. We will not be going back there.

My experience so far has been excellent. It literally took my son six year old son 2 lessons to learn the fundamentals and before we came here he was scared to let go of me in the water. The staff is friendly and they due their best to keep you with the same instructor every time. They encourage the kids and work very well with them. My only complaint is at Busy times it can be a little disorganzied because there are so many people.

The staff at the front desk is always friendly and knows my child by name. The facilities are always clean but my location is a little small. The instructors are super encouraging and give high fives and smiles:)
