One of the worst experience! Even the make up lessons after leaving them they want to charge 50 registrations fees. Don’t take your child there. Invest your money somewhere else.

I highly recommend Aqua-Tots swim school. The setup is very pleasant, and the facility is very clean. The front desk staff and coaches are very helpful, kind, and patient.always happy to answer my questions. My kids love coming here, and they have learned and made progress in their skills for the short time we have been here. The coaches always give feedback at the end of the lessons. I have been so thrilled with the progress they have made with my kids in such a short period of time. Coach Hannah is amazing. She was so patient with my 3-year-old daughter, who was so scared of being in the water with a new person. She connected with her well and helped her overcome her fears. If you're looking for a swim school for your kids, Aqua-Tots is the right place.

They teach my son to swim, in an orderly way and the girls at the front desk are friendly and attentive

Love this school/class. My son has progressed so far with the guidance of his teachers. He can now back float.

Bad customer service and Not professional trainers. Business owner is the worst and just care about getting your money…

Great place for kids to learn how to swim. The instructors are great and it’s very clean. Easy to schedule make up if you miss a class!

This place deserves 10 stars. The dedication and care is amazing. As a business owner, I know that there is always something to complain about. But, even with a few minor drawbacks they take the experience to a whole new level. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

The school is staffed by high school and college kids with no sign of an adult anywhere. Staff is poorly trained and at times lack equipment. Peeling paint on the walls, light bulbs that have been burned out for over a year, pool temperatures are inconsistent, pool often is cloudy or has debris (hair, bandaids, trash) floating in it, and the list of lack of care or maintenance is too long to list. Save your money, Katy has lots of swim school that are not dumps.

We love Aquatots Swim School! Everyone is very friendly and so patient with my toddler. The coaches go beyond the curriculum to meet the needs of each student in ways that work for them.

Great school and even better coaches.
Coach Erica has been the best instructor for my daughters!

The place makes miracles! In leas than 1 month time my eldest kid already swims independently without support in our own pool for 10-15 feet. All coaches are great there, but our favorites and highly recommended are Coach Emily and Coach Erica! Best coaches for kids! Very very happy!

I just read some of the reviews and I personally think that some of them were quite amiss! I have been taking my daughter there for quite a while now and I can personally tell you that if you have a problem with this place then you are probably one of the parents that don't even watch your child swim, but instead play on your phone! This place is awesome!

Great instructors put my child at ease, learning basics and growing more comfortable in the water.

Really kind of a waste of money 30 minutes isn't enough time. They go very slow trying to drag it out to get more money from you. You are better off going to your local pool and getting lessons. I think what they are doing well eventually work, but by that time you will be into them for a few grand for a couple of kids and they won't be much better off than having lessons at your local pool for couple of hundo.

My fiancé and I went into inquire about swim classes for our daughter and the two ladies behind the desk didn’t seem interested in helping us at all. When we entered one even turned to look at the other and ask if she wanted to “take us”. The other one proceeded to say “I guess”. She handed us a brochure and just looked at us. Didn’t go over it, ask if we wanted a tour or had questions nothing at all. Wasn’t welcoming. We left and went to Pengu.needless to say our daughter is enrolled there and we can’t wait to start.
We visited this facility on Wednesday March 3rd.

My toddler was absolutely terrified of swimming. She hated water on her face, and couldn't stand water in her nose. They took her in, and just kept her in the water for the first week, even though she screamed most all the time.

By end of week two, she was following what the instructor was asking, she accepted goggles and a nose clip, and suddenly she was under the water all the time. She stopped worrying about water on her face, and now she's diving to the bottom of the pool. They taught her how to get in and out of the water without assistance, and how to float.

She still has some ways to go, but she loves her swim lessons. Thank you!
