We've been taking our two kids here for a couple months. They absolutely love swimming and learning in the heated pool. The swim instructors have done a great job teaching and handling up to 4 kids, and they are always smiling/laughing with them.

The new management has been very accommodating to our unique schedule.

We actually went to 5 classes this week and the kids were excited to go every time.

The kids have so much fun here, especially with Coach Maya and Coach Will. Wonderful service and a great experience every time we go.

My son swims here. He very much enjoys it and the instructors are great my only complaint is that they never notify me when his class got pushed back. I took a lunch to bring my son to his 12 o clock swim only for it to have been pushed to 12: 30 and we have also come in on a swim scheduled day and they have been close without notifying me. I don’t live in the area so I drive all the way only for them to be closed. No email or a simple phone call to let me know. It’s extremely frustrating.

Prepare to get charged $89/month whether you use it or not. If you need to cancel membership they require a 30 day notice - apparently no exceptions. That would've bee nice to know up front. Never heard of any other swim lesson org that does that.

Our son loves swim class, he looks forward to seeing his instructor Makala in the NC location. She take the time to show not only our son but her other students what they need to improve on. She is very passionate about her job and demonstrates it when with our son.

We have been taking swimming lessons for almost 5 years at aqua tots parknorth. Our kiddos take weekly lessons and we absolutely love everything about aqua tots! We love the staff, location, friendly environment and most of all that our kids have the knowledge they need to be safe around water!

Not to mention we have had 3 parties over the years and love how easy and private there swimming parties are!

Swimming lessons at aqua tots has been one of the best decisions we have ever made for our kiddos!

I have been bringing my kids here for 2 months. This will be my last month. My children had a lesson with 2 new children, they as expected cried and would not follow instructions because well it was their first day. Out of the 30m my kids got maybe 3-5m instruction each. They were both in that class: They charge per lesson, so that day i paid for nothing. I asked the manager if I could make up that lesson and she said no. I dont feel like I was provided the service that I paid for, I will be switching locations. I was previously at love to swim, but their new management now requires a yr contract, if you dont mind that I would suggest you go there. Their levels are more spread out and therefore more adequate to separate new kiddos and guarantee your child will be placed with children in their same level, and therefore every lesson is worth your money

My daughter cried the first 2 classes, but the instructor was very friendly and made her feel welcomed and now she likes it. All the staff is very attentive and friendly.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON A BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE! Completely disorganized, unprofessional and we did NOT receive everything we were promised and paid for. My daughter had been going to swim lessons here then stopped. But while she was in lessons there I booked her birthday party for May. Out of a 2 hour facility rental you only get ONE actual hour of swim time. The instructors there did NOT play games with the children present and the kids did NOT get their snack or free swim voucher. Had I not brought a lot of extra decorations her party would've looked sad. The cake however did come out delicious and beautiful.only because I gave them pictures of exactly what I wanted. They ended up having to use a special bakery and my credit for not having them make goodie bags went towards the extra charge of the cake. So I do not know what the quality of cake is usually served. I was told to drop off my extra mylar balloons the day before. So they would have time to blow them up for the party. Yet even 20 mins before the party they had just started blowing them up and ran out of helium. Causing me to have to toss out beautiful mermaid balloons because they were opened and half way blew up but couldn't be used. I feel my daughter would've had more fun at the pool outside my townhouse. I thought this would be a fun neat idea. Especially since they were supposed to play games with the kids. I feel this party was a waste of money. When I called to speak about my concerns Jean called me a liar and said the kids were in the pool for a longer period of time which isn't true. It was ONE hour. I know this because the day of my party McKenzie said I could buy 30 more pool minutes for $50! Also Jean says they get plenty of business. So beware. This owner and manager DO NOT care about YOU or YOUR CHILD. They just want your money. If you're no longer a swimming member then they pretty much say "screw you. " Not the environment I want my child in. There are other swim schools in town. With cleaner pools and changing areas. Non slippery floors and benches in the dressing rooms that aren't about to break when you sit down. My daughter lost a pair of Finis mermaid goggles here at her party, which I'm sure were found and "donated" to the borrowed stockpile. All around disappointed and sad that my daughter's big day was full of bumps in the road. It's not about the $400. It's about getting what I paid for with a level of expected customer satisfaction and experience at a party with fun party hosts. BEWARE! TRUST ME!

My daughter attended a Birthday party. We were under the assumption we were allowed to swim for the entire party which was two hours. After an hour of swim they said swim time was over. The party host never introduced themselves or even smiled. They acted like they didn't want to be there. They never engage with the children or make them feel welcome. I will not be doing back or recommending this location.

We attend a birthday party here for the frist time. Although one of the employee seemed very nice she continued to inform that the kids could to start swim when they were ready at 2. She repeated it to me several times, as then after about 10 mins she stated to me either way the kids have to stop swimming at 3. I informed the people who were throwing the party. This same person, while giving the swimming test to kids for safety, kept counting down and letting me know the kids now have 30min, etc.they do have a clock counting down in the pool room according to that clock the kids still had 20min of swim it was 2: 40 and she was telling us 10min. I'that was off.with the same worker When my child asked to retake the test, another kid asked to race him, I said no due to it being a retest. She allowed it and as they were swimming my kid got pushed to swim close to the wall and had to grab it causing him to fail again. I was in the pool watching them. When I told her she just ignored me, as if she didn't hear me. As I waited for the lady cutting the cake to purchase a water to drink with the cake I didn't get served due to not being in line for it she just gave the last big piece to the last person in line. As if I was not part of the party.

I am aware of the cameras, and audio recording they do for the safety of the business, as the customer the manger and owner needs to train customer service and proper hosting for events. From a guest point I would not recommend this place for a party. Do recommend proper training and etiquette.

Disappointed. Sent in a request for a FREE trial swim lesson two days ago. Called the location because i was supposed to receive a call or email. The employees seemed to not understand a word I said and requested my card information to CHARGE me for the FREE trial. I was really looking forward to taking my 2.5 year old to Aqua Tots to imrove her swimming and will not be. If you're looking for a recreational place to take your kids I highly suggest The Little Gym. Great customer service and their free trial is actually free.
