Aqua-Tots Swim Schools North Richland Hills

My daughter loves learning to swim at Aqua Tots and I’m thankful for the staff and instructors that make her experience wonderful!

My brother takes lessons here, very nice and welcoming and teach in an easy and fun way. Could use more seating for parents/family sitting and watching, overall great place and would recommend

We’re so happy with this Aqua-Tots location. They have a fabulous curriculum that allows any instructor to teach our son at any time. Their overall systems are so strong too like it’s so easy to cancel a class and schedule a make up. The staff is overall very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I’ve been to other swim schools and they were great but to us, this Aqua-Tots has been our favorite.

My 3- year old takes lessons here and my 5 month old just started. The staff here are incredible, they are so great with the kids! My kids love the water, but the way I see them nurture the kids who are scared and crying is impressive. We drive all the way from Arlington and it is worth the drive. Thank you for all the little extras!

The location and instructors are fine. But the company is a scam. They will sign you up for auto-pay automatically without telling you. And will continue to charge you regardless of knowledge or attendance.
I look into one of my accounts months past the initial payment and find out I’m out 650 extra dollars for something I never signed up for and stopped showing up for long ago… super unethical

Note on door said swim lessons canceled today no email or anything. Really? Get your act together

Highly recommend! We had the best experience with Aqua Tots and are so impressed with every step of the process! The staff are kind, patient, and knowledgeable! And the best part, our granddaughter is now a confident and safe swimmer! Thank you, Aqua Tots!

The operations manager has been very personable and has a great team. I have watched them work with my son and other children who were uncomfortable with the water at first but now they are enjoying the class and looking forward to returning.

We come for swim lessons today and you're closed yet no one says anything! Extremely mad with the staff. Incredibly unprofessional

We enrolled our 5 month old in the Tadpoles level 1 class to get her exposed to the water. Her grandpa goes into the pool with her. She seems to enjoy it! We hope to continue to keep her in class so that she learn to feel comfortable in the pool. The pool and facilities always looks clean. Be aware that there will be a lot of kids and adults on weekends. Multiple classes will be in the pool at the same time. While there are many people, the staff is well organized and very helpful.

Our instructor Wyatt is very amazing patient and kind with my kid who was not happy to be there. Unfortunately we had to switch classes due to school starting. Highly recommend!

We have been a aqua tots member since 2020. Our kid had a make up class today. Coach Sadie was the one who was teaching today. I saw my kid cry the first time in the pool. When asked later, Sadie said there was some misunderstanding regarding the skills the kid should have learnt in his regular class. The part I don’t get is you don’t get to show your frustration on the kids. This has left the overall very bit experience for me as a parent.

My 3 boys love coming to Aqua Tots NRH! They also love their instructor Christian! Christian is absolutely AMAZING! He makes things FUN as he's teaching my kids how to swim. Can't say it enough how AMAZING Christian is!

My son has been going here for 2 years now and loves it! I gave aqua tots 5 stars a year ago and would most definitely give them 5 stars again. We started when my son was 4 months old and he continues to enjoy the class and has absolutely loved all of his instructors. I highly recommend Aqua-tots!

Emori & Christian have been fantastic with our son, I love seeing our son learn, & he’s always so excited for his swim lessons!

Edit- all started out very well, but just got way too hectic and busy too many parents not watching their children and digging in our swim bag and not keeping their hands off of me and my son was a huge turn away.

Unfortunately we won’t be returning.
