Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Plano

I love all the staff they are so good with my daughter. All very sweet and helpful, polite, and always greet with a smile. My daughter swim teacher is amazing with her.

Aqua-Tots is a great swim school. We love coach Caitlin! She does a great job of setting expectations for the kids and making sure they achieve them!

WONDERFUL STAFF! Subtracted a star because new management could definitely be much friendlier! But we absolutely LOVE Coach Thea! Our little guy has come a long way under her care! Still definitely recommend this location because the staff and instructors are great! Please consider asking your manager to treat her customers kinder.

This place is absolutely awesome! My boy loves his swim class and has made so much progress over the last several weeks. I only regret not having taken him here sooner!

While all instructors are great. I wanted to especially thank Ayla for always going above and beyond. She’s super encouraging and you can tell that she loves what she does.

My son loves Aqua tots! The coaches are great, the system, levels, all about it. We do recommend the lessons.

Ayla is an amazing coach! My 3rd yr old grandson was struggling with one task and she helped him within 15 minutes. He has now mastered level 3, in 6 lessons. Thank you Ayla for your dedication and patience with him!

The coaches do not mark updates on the app, stating they will update later which never happens.
If a coach will take a class at 10am on Saturday and will update the app at the end of the day no one will remember how and what did the child do at 10am class. This update should be done right after the class.

My toddler has been in their level for past 15 months. Agreed that my toddler has missed class like 3 or 5. And the school is closed for last 2 weeks of December is not helpful either.

Their is no discount for coming twice in a week. Have to pay full price, which does bot make sense.

Coaches are nice, but management is incompetent. If you have a busy schedule with kids and want to be disappointed that your class is cancelled after sitting in waiting area while they tell you that it is not their fault, go ahead and sign up here. Today was the last time I allow this to happen.

I think there are better options available around like Plano recreation classes and COPS. Aquatots is way more expensive and their 30 minutes classes usually starts 5-10 minutes late and ends 5 minutes early.

Love it here. My son started at Level three. And will stay till he completes the program at level 8. My son loves going and the staff is very nice. The place is clean and professional. I will definitely say bring your child here.

The staff here are incredibly disrespectful! A MANAGER that goes by the name Skylar, called my beautiful colored child a racial slur and humiliated him in front of his friends, being a bad role model for these kids to follow after. I am incredibly disturbed by her behavior. Corporate, DO BETTER!

Coach Kiera is the best she helped a lot to our son improve his skills and make him love his swimming lessons definitely the best coach he had
