AquaKids Swim School Keller

We love it here. The teachers are so patient and the give their full attention to the kids. Staff is incredible and helpful. Kalle and Jordan are amazing coaches. I should have put my son in earlier.

We love aqua kids: and their manager Angel it’s all year round facility with 90 degree temp. Very caring teachers and work with kid as per their requirements.

My toddler took a summer swim swim camp where she went every day for 2 weeks. She had so much fun and gained lots of confidence in the water.

The structure of the classes has allowed my daughter to progress so quickly this summer! We tried a different place for private lessons last summer but the progression of skills just didn’t make sense. Aqua Kids’ curriculum is so well planned to help kids naturally build their skills.
Also, shoutout to their awesome team (especially Sydney!) who always go above and beyond to make sure my daughter has a great experience every time!

They did such an amazing job with my 3 and 4 year olds! They have so much water confidence and safety now. Our 4 year old is swimming like a champ because of the program we attended with AquaKids

My experience is solely with swim birthday parties. We hosted to swim birthday parties in back-to-back years. Prices for swim time are really quite good, and they have a party room. They have a couple of employees that help you with things. The slides at the back of the swim area are a big hit with the kids. You can cater from the Chick-fil-A at Heritage Trace x 35W and they were on time one year, 20 minutes late the next year. We had to have Martha's bail us out one year with getting some ketchup for the nuggets, and I'm sure they would not mind catering either as they are in the same parking lot and are just cool like that). We do swim at another location but have thought about switching a couple of times. Can definitely see how people would elect to do business here for their children's swim lessons.

Easy viewing area. Best staff. I’m always amazed at how efficient they are at teaching kiddos to swim.

Our daughter has been taking swimming lessons at this location since 2019. We like their make-up class policy, friendly staffs, some fun & experience instructors.
We just wish less instructor changes, skill summary reports after every single class so we know where shes at and what to work on, when she can move up to the next level, etc.
Also the classes/ instructors should be more fun.

Had a birthday party with them last year things were terrific. Fast forward to this year, we receive a phone call 5 hours before our party stating they needed to “reschedule” or “cancel and refund” our party due to their water heater being broken in their big pool since Friday, party was Saturday. Didn’t have the courtesy to call Friday even if for sure they knew they’d have the heater fixed to give a warning and buy some time to have backup arrangements. The first person I spoke to had no idea what was going on since they left a voicemail, had to “see what was going on and call me back”. Hello to planning a birthday party in 5 hours! Fast forward 1-2 hours later after already scrambling to planning a party at home, someone calls me to tell me I can still have the party there if I’d like to come test the water to make sure it’s not too cold. Everything was extremely unorganized. Next time would be nice to have the decency to give people a heads up when the problem arises to make sure there is some sort of back up plan, planning a party in 5 hours and having to reach out to all guest was a hassle and stressful! Horrible job on management side.

Great facility. Great staff. My son enjoys going to this center and training with coach Mackenzie. The student to teacher ratio is better than other facilities nearby. The coaches encourage and motivate the kids to do their best!

I know the water staff gets tons of well earned praise. But tonight the thoroughness and professionalism shown by Hannah in the front office was outstanding. She was able to help me understand the goals of the program and the reasons why specific things are done at AquaKids. Thank you so much.

Our family is VERY grateful that we found AquaKids! The swim school is very well managed. The instructors are very well trained, cheerful and professional. The facility has 2 pools. 1 for infants and the other for kids and adults [I think they offer adult lessions]! Different pool depths. 3 feet 4,5,7, and 8 feet! Two water slides! My granddaughter LOVES her instructor. Hi, Bella! Classes start and end on time. THANK YOU! The teacher/student ratio is excellent. 3: 1 and the classes and swim camps fees are VERY reasonable! Beats the local competition that is NO competition, as far as I'm concerned! We are HAPPY campers @AquaKids Keller! June Nelson
