If you are thinking about putting in a pool, you should look no further than Aquascapes. Like most people, we did our due diligence and met with several pool companies. We were very apprehensive about putting in a pool because of all the horror stories we heard from others who had gone through the experience of putting in a pool. Sean and his team were incredible from start to finish. From the first day of excavation until the very last day of the build, the communication, attention to detail, workmanship, professionalism, and quality of work was second to none. Excavation began August 24th and on September 15th, our pool was completely finished. That's right, completely finished! Every single day, Sean or someone from his team came by to check on the project. If there was something they put on the schedule to happen on a certain day, it always happened. I'm telling you, I still can't believe how seamless they made a project of this magnitude look so easy. They were so efficient with everything. We had a calendar that laid out exactly what was to take place each day. The organization and explanation is what really stood out. I'm not a pool builder so anytime I had a question, it was always thoroughly answered and explained. Often times, it was explained without me even having to ask the question. If you want to invest in a pool, do yourself a favor and partner with Aquascapes. You will not have a better experience with any other company. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Like anyone else taking on a large project, we were nervous going into our backyard renovation. Such a commitment, we didn’t want things to turn out the way they had for so many of our friends. But luckily we chose to partner with Aquascapes and we could not have made a better decision. Sean and his entire team were a dream to work with. Communication at every turn was fantastic. Everyone at Aquascapes is amazing! We reached out to pool companies during winter break. Sean immediately contacted us. We were shocked at the quick response. We explained to him what we wanted and price range. He told us the designer Kat would be out to look at our space and get more information.
Once we started working with Kat on the design she was quick to deliver renderings. We would email back and forth with our vision. She would immediately have a rendering to us. She made our vision a reality. Kat was easy to work with and patient with us as we asked questions. Kat went above and beyond helping with HOA when we were denied at first.
Then the build started. Once again communication was excellent. The app Buildertrend kept us up-to-date on what was happening with pictures. Sean, Kat, and everyone gave suggestions on the pool colors which we loved.
We recorded pool school so we can reference it at anytime. We have been in our pool since April. We cleaned our filters for the first time on July 2nd as suggested.
I would recommend and have recommended Aquascapes to anyone who asks about pool companies. Aquascapes communication is top notch, which many companies lack these days.

Building a pool with Sean and Aquascapes was one of the easiest major life decisions we've ever made. Sean was extremely friendly, attentive and patient, ensuring to answer our questions thoroughly and provide professional guidance when needed. Sean accommodated our work schedules to meet with us after hours, and he always responded to texts or phone calls in the evening when he should have been spending time with his own family. The Buildertrend app used by Sean to schedule and manage the entire build allowed us to seamlessly monitor daily work and future construction expectations. Likewise, access to a job site camera enabled us to observe construction in real-time while away from home. In addition to clear and consistent communication from Sean, his crews were punctual, extremely hardworking, and respectful of our yard and home. They did an outstanding job! From start to finish, the pool was completed in less than a month, and the experience and our pool are more than we hoped for. We had the camera installed in our backyard so we could still be involved and see the progress even with our busy work schedule. Pricing was competitive but their quality of work is world class. 28 days and you’ll be enjoying your backyard oasis.

Aquascapes is amazing. We have heard horror stories with pool companies about delays, costs, construction costs, etc. When they said they would have the pool complete in 4 weeks, I thought “no way”. Our pool was filled with water and ready to use in 21 days from dig day, including 3-4 days that we were rained out. They were so amazed we added an outdoor last minute.

Highly, highly recommend Aquascapes. Sean and team had the best communication throughout the entire process. Excellent timing - pool was complete and full in less than a month. We had quite a few friends with past experiences and everyone had the same exceptional results.

If you’re reading this, I need you to know that I never write reviews, and this is the company you should go with! I’m a good kind of crazy and spoke to EIGHT companies across Harris and Montgomery County all based on word of mouth and thus being our first pool. Sean and Family are consummate professionals, customer obsessed, highly detailed, organized, and their quality is top-notch! If you need anything on top of a pool, they will get it done, or get you into contact with similar companies that reflect their values. They leverage a mobile app (Buildertrend) that will keep you updated on a daily basis throughout the process where everything could potentially be done in 30 days or less. The last piece you may be concerned with on a project this size is price. They did everything in their power to meet and/or beat the competition with full transparency.
