10I had my engagement ring resized here. They were super helpful since I'm not experienced with ring sizes and helped me find the perfect sizing. It only took like 2 hours for them to get it resized and it was perfect when I picked it up. They even complied with a special request I had. I highly recommend their services.
They've adjusted the length on several of my watches, replaced their batteries & resized my wedding ring to perfection. Recently they were able to replace a cracked watch crystal to just as new condition. They're fast, friendly & affordable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I've been coming here for years. Wonderful customer service! Mr. Martinez was honest and knowledgeable about his craft. This was my 1st time here to get my watch battery changed. Service was professional and fast. To say I am impressed (for a 2nd time here) they did an amazing job! They used the diamond and white gold from one of my other rings, and a pearl my son chose at a pier 7 yrs ago. Great staff and amaxing products!
