The SW location is wonderful facility and it's always my preferred location. April has done my mammogram several times over the years. She's so professional, efficient and very, very kind and gentle.

Appointment phone center is very helpful. Arrived early, yet didn't have to wait for appointment time to be seen. This facility is very convenient for us.

The ARA staff is awesome. The technicians are very professional and go out of their way to make their patients feel comfortable.

The lady that did my bone density exam today at ARA was wonderful. I attended the Eiger Rd location. She explained everything she was doing with great detail. She was so kind & caring. The front desk staff were very friendly & I waited less than 5 minutes to be called back. Is was an overall great experience! Highly recommend!

Dr from premier family physicians orders a chest xray as extra precaution after diagnosing me with the flu and bacterial chest infection. I go downstairs to ARA and lady at front desk says no info has been sent down and needed me to fill out forms and basically get in line. I'm wearing a mask to prevent spreading the flu but instead of putting me in front of all the other clearly healthy people with appointments and demonstrating some empathy I sit and wait. And wait. And wait. 12+ people go through most of which came in after me. When I approach the front desk to ask on timing she attempts to tell me there are 2 people in front of me which couldn't be right since everyone that came in for and after me as already left. ARA management - empower your front desk staff. If they see someone really sick, express empathy and get them to the front of the line. This really demonstrates a complete lack of patient advocacy since no one at your front desk displayed an ounce of empathy. Avoid this place if you have other options.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the students are not properly supervised. Staff did not check students work or come along beside them to make sure that everything was prepared properly before proceeding with the imaging. I came here for a CAC, I got twice the radiation needed, due to needing to repeat the scan because the student did not receive proper oversight.

I had to cancel my visit even I was already in the ARA today.when i checked in at the front desk asked me to pay over $400 bill which included the bills I already paid. I was not surprised because this is not the first time happen in my ARA experience. I was prepared. I kept all my receipt with me. I told her I had the receipt, then she cut off my words and said, 'ok, forget that part, then you have to pay today's visit'. Apparently she was not surprised I had already paid my former bill.and her attitude was so rude.are you supposed to say a 'sorry' when you charge people more? I refused to pay today's visit right away, i'd rather after they file the claim to my insurance and let my insurance company tell me how much I need to pay. I don't find ARA trustworthy. But she told me I had to pay first, so I didn't get the exam. If every patient has to pay at the desk, what is your online payment system for?
to every patient, If you have to visit ARA here, make sure keep all your receipts. ARA has a delay for what you paid and what in their record.don't believe what they tell you to pay.keep track of your receipt and call your insurance company.

Great place overall. This hospital has several doctors clinics in it. I've only been to a few clinics, however, so far they've never disappointed. I highly recommend going here if you need too.

Great experience! Staff is so friendly, personable and professional. This entire building is spotless. I drive about 45 mins to come here for my laundry list of medical issues. Everyone is so awesome.
Cheers

If you have any other location options, regardless of how far away or inconvenient the time available may be, take that option versus scheduling an appt.at this location. As great as the technicians may be, the front office staff provided literally the worst service I've ever experienced. (regardless of the industry) Rude, lazy, arrogant, and completely lacking in professionalism, empathy, and professionalism. If don't heed my advice and do make an appointment there, I hope you get as good a chuckle over the waiting room TV being angled for just the front office staff as we did. (and if you want to hear something else on TV, ask the lady in the middle - she's the Remote Control Master) Oh, and if a technician tells you that you can get a glass of water from the ladies in the front, be prepared to hear "I could get you one, but the drinking fountain is right outside the doors of the office". The Remote Control Master literally said that to, what I'm approximating was, an 80+ year old man. Good stuff. So sad it's kind of funny.

This is a pretty new medical facility, so everything is very clean and nice. They have ample scheduling staff so you're never on hold for long, and they offer almost any type of medical services that you can imagine in one convenient place. It's almost like it's own town. I have had nothing but positive experiences there.

The Dr. I saw here was Dr. Gordon Marshall and he is, by far, the best orthopedic surgeon I've ever been to in my life.
