Arabella of Longview

I want yo to know that for the three years I've lived here at Arabella it has been a pure joy. The residents are like family. The staff, especially Nikki and Paula are a Good send. I'm so happy I came here.

We absolutely love Arabella of Longview! If you want a safe fun place to live in your senior years this is the place for you. Wonderful staff activities amenities & friends️ Come check it out! You will be glad you did!

We have just moved to Arabella permanently and have found the perfect retirement community. The entire staff is customer oriented. If you’re looking for a place to retire, I recommend it highly.

I’ve been here for a month and love this place.
The staff and accommodations are superior.

I was looking for a place to live and thought this might fit tell I talked to the lady who rents the apartments. She had lead me to believe they had vacant units. Then when I called back to see about seeing them I was told they had no 2 bedroom units available and then wanted $2000.00 to be put on a waiting list, I was shocked. I was also looking for help with transportation to come and see what they had to offer but they weren't very helpful. The way she talked and her attitude told me that this was not a friendly place at all and would not be a place that I wanted to live.

I try to put in your web site in it does not come up so reaching you is not available hope you realize that its again not good. I don't believe this is where a senior is very welcome.

I have watched my mom transition from independent living to assisted living and now to memory care. Each change has been completed with minimal disturbance in my mom’s care. Arabella has always provided support during these phases and issues that have arisen have been quickly addressed. My thanks to all the staff who have had a hand either directly or indirectly. I know that my mom’s care and safety are in competent hands!

Beautiful facility with a warm and caring staff. They make an effort to know the families of the residents which I have greatly appreciated.

This is an awesome assisted living facility. The people very warm, polite and welcoming.

Our family can not express in words what an awesome choice our mom made when she moved to Arabella Independent Living. While there, she participated in many activities at Arabella including Majong, Rummikub, movies, themed parties, Saturday morning coffee groups and the daily exercise class. The residents and staff could not have been nicer. When we found out that she had a terminal illness, the staff made it a point to stop by several times a week to hug her neck, visit and make sure that her needs were being met. The residents visited, but also set up daily prayer times dedicated to lift her up. If you are wondering when it is the right time to go to Arabella, go while you are still able to benefit from the social activities that are available each and every day.

I could not be more pleased with the staff and management at Arabella assisted living. From start to finish they answered all my questions/concerns. The facility is beautiful and clean. My mom raves about how good the food is. They really pamper and make my mom feel special. I truly sleep better at night knowing the quality care she is getting.

I have never lived in an Assisted Living Facility. My family ad I are thinking about moving to East Texas. If we did move here, I saw the photos online and am interested in this pla7ce for muyself.
